I'm a fanfiction writer, but this needs to be said.

The racism in Overwatch is getting ridiculous.

I was watching the spotlight the other day, and while I'm super glad Lucio got a collab skin, it's still so crazy to me how the Overwatch team thinks they're being funny. Announcing Mercy's SECOND mythic and showing Lucio getting upset even though so much of the community wants a Lucio mythic? Killing off Doomfist? Making fun of Ramattra? The one black woman in the game constantly being depicted as masculine? Adding another same-faced Asian character when there's only ONE FUCKING BLACK WOMAN IN THE GAME?!

I love Overwatch. I love the community. There's so many wonderful people, so many beautiful characters and so much lore that needs to be continued, but something needs to change.

The Overwatch team acknowledging the way they treat their black characters, and black-coded characters (Ramattra), and joking about it needs to be addressed.

Killing Doomfist and making fun of the fact that Lucio doesn't get a mythic during Black History Month?! The new release of all these characters, and not a single black woman in sight.

The Overwatch team knows what they're doing. They know that people are upset with how certain characters are treated, and they make fun of it.

I'm so tired of the way black people are treated within media and within fandom spaces, especially black women.

Overwatch needs to do better. We as a community need to speak about this more.

Has anyone asked you about how weird it is that Adachi pukes at the start of the game, at Mayumi's crime scene? I mean, she can't have been dead more than a day by that point, so he couldn't have been sick at the smell. He acts like a crazed psychopath/sociopath later on, yeah, and there's plenty of opportunity to make him out to be one, but then you have things like that, and it bugs me.

OK, I’ve spoken about that before, so I will again: 

Adachi isn’t a *Sociopath*. He acted the way he did during his battle because he’s just lost ALL his marbles when the full weight of what happened hit him. None of what happened during P4 was part of any sort of “elaborate master plan” of his, he never *had* any sort of chessmastering skills, and the only reason he acted like everything was all part of his “game” during his battle was because he was batshit insane at this point and had a delusional breakdown in which he tried to make himself feel more powerful and cool than he actually was.

And before you call me out on reinterpreting the events and making conspiracy theories, Your Honor, I can proudly say…

I have evidence.

This is my first ask omg!! I think any Lucio ship is a good ship tbh.

I've heard people also call Soundweaver 'Lilypad' which is such a cute ship name.

I'm personally a boombox and bunnyribbit enjoyer, but gencio is also very cute.

Honestly I like pretty much all Lucio ships. I feel like Lucio would have so many crushes. He's a bisexual with a big heart and love for everyone.

I love the voiceline between Genji and Lucio where Lucio asks Genji if he can connect to his suit lights. Super cute!

I'm also partial to Spuriken (Genji & Cassidy)
