My Long Distance Relationship Story...

We met in a facebook group for fans of the Fallout games, on a thread to post yourself and see who would wanna add you and become a friend or someone to game with.

Everytime a guy would add me off of there previously, they'd just get weirdly sexual right away and creep me out. I was just looking for friends.

Some weird egyptian dude from halfway across the country added me though, and I was expecting more disappointment per usual.

I was mid-shitty breakup, made a post asking if anyone wanted to hear the drama, and that weird Egyptian dude messaged me. I spilled the drama, and we talked.

And we talked. And we talked. And we kept talking non stop. Then we started playing the Fallout 76 BETA together.

Then we started talking on the phone.

Then we started video chatting for...hours on end, all day, every day.

And then...we started dating while a thousand miles away from each other.

Then he bought a plane ticket.

Yesterday he was here, in my arms.

Now in 2 weeks, he's coming back to me, and we're planning our future together.

I can't believe I met the love of my life through some random "friend finder" thread on Facebook...but here we are. I'm so happy. I've never felt like this before in my life.

I guess sometimes love really does find you.
