...

You stood at one of the Calico Jack tables, tossing in bets, winning some, losing others. Once you grew bored, you noticed Qi was glancing your way, only to turn his head away. You'd speak to him on occasion, small banter here and there. You decided to do it once more; there wasn't anything else planned for the day anyway. You walked over and stood by Qi, who stared through the animated galactic wallpaper. Qi shifted slightly and looked your way, his usual grin turning a bit softer, tilting his head.

“Is something on your mind?” Qi said in a hushed tone, soft yet reassuring.

You were about to say something when you accidentally leaned in too close to Qi, just barely touching his arm with your own. Qi had a whole-body reaction, like he'd been electrocuted. He quickly composed himself, albeit feeling more on edge. You stepped back, now burning up with a mixture of guilt and embarrassment. You quickly apologized, but Qi assured you he was fine; the shift in his demeanor said otherwise. Qi rested a hand on your shoulder, trying to lighten the mood, although your enthusiasm was diminished...

I wanted to come up with a username that had or sounded like my name, that being "Sam," which eventually turned into s0ms

Not the type to order food too often, but depending on the place, I typically go for a burger and fries

The scent of an oncoming storm, bonus points if it's a severe thunderstorm

My body forces me to be a morning person, but I have grown to tolerate it. I do consider myself more of a night person, though

Full-time janitorial work, gotta pay the bills somehow
