Last week, Sabo was at Urban Air Market - Hayes Valley. It was a typical San Francisco weather, summer days, winter nights, but that didn’t stop anybody from coming. Thanks you Hayes Valley!

Hey everybody!
It’s been a while. I’ve been busy with a couple of shows, while also creating designs for the up coming season. I promise I’ll post pictures of both soon, but for now, I just wanted to share some awesome fabric and patterns I’ve come across.
Getting ready for this weekends show in LA! Come shop for hand crafted goods for yourself, your significant other, your loved ones, but more importantly, your mom!! Yes, it is Mother's Day this weekend!
Been spending the last few days cutting, sewing, cutting, sewing. This weekend we will be at the Urban Air Market in Hayes Valley, and the week after in Unique LA. What's the best part? We’re suppose to get great weather throughout the entire week! Can’t wait to see everybody!
This sweater is one of the most popular items I made last year. I had ran out of material to make it on my last event, but luckily on my most recent trip back to Ne York I found the fabric again!
Now it’s back in the shop by popular demand!
(why why why can’t SF have a decent fabric store!!!!)
Work work..
This thimble, by the way, was a gift from the hubby. He found it at our favorite jewelry store in The Market on Bleecker Street. If you’re ever in NYC be sure to check it out!
Been putting in a lot of time on my Spring/Summer designs. Here’s a sneak peak for a new dress I’m working on. What do you think?
By the way, Sabo will be at the Urban Air Market in Hayes Valley on May 3rd, followed by UniqueLA in May 9th + 10th. Come visit!
Sabo was at the Sunset Mercantile’s this Saturday. It was an absolutely gorgeous day, with bright beaming sunlight temperature in the mid 70′s. Summer has arrived!!
My booth mate for this even was Whistle SF, who carries fabulous gift and fair trade crafts from all over the world. Be sure to check out their store!
First post of the year! What? It's February already? Where did January go?!?!
Let's see... I've been putting long hours for the new season, and have a couple of market events lined up for Spring/Summer. I'm super excited to be part of upcoming Urban Air Market at Hayes Valley in May. The show has been around for 10 years, and each year it gets bigger and better.
Did I mention we were back in New York for winter break? One good thing about hubby's new job is he gets all of Christmas to New Years off. We spent the week back in the east coast and visited our favorite restaurant and coffee shops, eating bagels and smears, and of course, did tons of shopping. Check out this t-shirt I scored from Reasons Clothing in East Village.
Last post of the year! We are back in NYC for winter break, and of course I had to pay the Garment District a visit. Here's some photos my hubby took while I was out and about in my old stomping ground. Trimmings, threads, fabric, you can find everything!
Wishing everybody a wonderful 2015!
This Saturday was the first ever Sunset Mercantile pop-up event. Sabo was there too! Being the newcomer in the neighborhood, we got to meet and great other vendors and crafters based in the Sunset area.
We were lucky to get a super amazing/sunny day in the middle of a rainy week. Thanks to everybody that came out to support us!
Tictail has opened a holiday popup shop at 90 Orchard in LES. The shop features crafts and designs from all over the world. Shameless plug: a few of my things are there too!
The store is open until Dec 20th, so be sure to drop by!
Things have been a bit crazy since the renegade show. Not crazy doing designs or sewing, which I'd rather be doing, but crazy trying to finish our move from NYC to SF (we still have a dozen boxes that are not opened yet), as well as preparing for thanksgiving and my parents visiting.
Needless to say, I was super stocked to spend the last a few days working on this new design. What do you guys think? (sorry, the pencil is not included)
Renegade Craft Fair SF was a blast! I had a lot of fun with my friend Mock Turtle Dove, who came out from Brooklyn to be my booth mate. The weekend was warm and sunny and felt like a summer festival instead of a winter one. People came out in droves to shop in Fort Mason Pavilion. Thanks to everyone that came and supported us!
While I was busy manning my booth most of the time, but I did manage to find time to check out a few stores. I especially liked jeweleries from Isobel Design and Nous Savons. Check them out!
I will be posting new designs on the shop soon. So stay tuned!
Trying out different ways to layer cold shoulder tops. I've been working on this shirt for a few days. I love the idea of layering, especially for SF where the weather changes from hot to cold in a few hours. What do you think?
Here's some of the newest clothes that I have been working day and night to get done. I will be posting these onto the shop soon. Also, remember those dinosaurs and animals I posted a few days ago? Look how golden they are now!
This shipment is going straight to NYC, where Tictail will be holding a popup shop for local designers around mid November to mid December. Details to come soon!
Got these in the mail the other day. Couldn't resist having a little fun with them before I start prepping them for Renegade Craft Fair SF. They will be my little assistants during the two day event.
