For those of you who are new here or unfamiliar with my characters, to give you the rundown:
Liliana is one of the protagonists of my story, “Abnormal!”. In this world, 40% of the population is made up of Abnormals, people with superhuman abilities. So naturally, superheroes birthed into existence, along with villains of course.
But what about average citizens who are abnormal? Well the US government created the “Collar Law” to regulate this. They also allowed the existence of hero agencies to exist to keep society in check.
Liliana currently works as a junior detective at the ARDA, (Agency of Regulation and Defense of Abnormals) they’re like the FBI of hero agencies and handle all situations involving Abnormals (good or bad) She’s an abnormal with the ability to manipulate people’s minds and basically get in their heads.
Simon is a normal human and is the one who encouraged her to join the ARDA since she was a kid and is her superior/partner in the ARDA’s Investigation Division. He’s her father’s ex-partner and he feels responsible for looking out for her while showing her the ropes.
