A message to the entire selfship community.

I think it’s important for all of us to remember that we deserve our F/Os. That our F/Os love us for who we are, and that no matter how bad or terrible we may see ourselves as, our F/Os love every bit about us and are proud of how far we’ve come.

Have you done problematic things in the past, and you want to leave them behind? Your F/O is so proud of you for recognizing your faults, and loves you for the person you are.

Do you hold a significant amount of guilt on your conscience that’s bothering you for whatever reason? Your F/O understands completely, and will listen to you if you need someone to talk to. They don’t judge.

Are you not proud of the person you once were? Your F/O doesn’t see you for those mistakes, they see you for the amazing person that you’re growing into, and they love that person so, so unbelievably much.

Your F/O understands that they’ll never be able to completely eliminate all of your fears and self-doubt, but they want you to know that you deserve them, and that they deserve you, and that they love you so, so much.

Do not EVER think that you do not deserve your F/Os, no matter who you are or what you’ve done. We all deserve the people who love and care about us, and anyone who tries to tell you that the love you receive is unjust is wrong. Stand strong.
