Absolutely. Though I’ve found that the swiss miss ones are passable with hot water. But, warm milk is superior.

I didn’t realize how much I missed it until I went back. It made things easier for me tbh.

Happens to the best of us. For me, it used to be always when I had an early flight to tv. Always tired until I got myself comfy in bed.
