so far i have made a list of my safe foods/drinks -> idk i just wanna share ;/
1-green tea
2-black coffee
3-broccoli without oil and stuff
4-lentil soup
5-vegetable soup
6-the monster without sugar (i can’t remember the name but it’s the white one)
7-iceberg salad with no oil just the leaves
(i think there’s more but this are the ones i could remember)
idk why but i’m kinda obsessed with rice , it isn’t that low in calories but that makes me feel full for a long time so i kinda love it so far
i have to move to another city in spring i think and i am so happy because i will leave every one and everything . FINALLY I CAN START MY LIFE AGAIN
i will have no friends so that means no food when you go out . IM SO FUCKING HAPPY .
i have gained a lot of weight and i need to loose it like right now give me tips please . i feel hungry 24/7 and i purge after every meal but it does not work . i went from 48 kg to 54kg . i literally hate my body so freaking much.
the most sad thing is that i literally fast all day so the calories are always 0 but then i fuck up because i drink like every friday and saturday night 4 martini (200cal x one) or maybe a couple of sex and the beach
i just can’t let my self be happy, i always ruin everything and people still stay around me i can’t get how . they always say eat this eat that they just can’t get the fact that i need so fast for feeling proud and happy .
