I am deeply in love with the horns on your Molly cosplay! They sit almost exactly the way my OC's horns do in my head, how do you get them to look like that?
Hello and thank you! I just now see your Q here and answered you in the reply of one of my photos… But since I focus more on texture there and you seem more interested in shape I'll try to elaborate on that. If you've seen some horn tutorials for cosplay, I followed much of the basic technique. 1. Make a test shape with paper mache and tape. If you like the shape, put plastic wrap and then tape around it, so you can use a marker to draw the pattern on the horns to cut out later. (if this is confusing look for yt tutorials for visual aid). You then cut out that pattern and trace it on foam sheets (I think I used 5mm). Importand that for two horns, one of your patters you will have to invert. Now here's the funny thing, my shape, didn't turn out good. Idk where I messed up, it was my first and only time. But I really had to forse the shape in that possition with the heat gun. It's normal to have to force it a little bit. But mine gave me real trouble. As far as the sharp ridges in my horns, those are things I added with foam clay, which really gives a lot of freedom to sculpt shape and texture to the horns. For the top ridges it helps to pinch the foam between your fingers to get that sharp edge. I hope this is somewhat clear, but if you need more details lmk :) I added some photos of the process to hopefully make it more clear!
A young man stands in his bedroom. It just so happens that today, the 13th of April, 2009, is this young man's birthday. Though it was thirteen years ago he was given life, it is only today he will be given a name! What will the name of this young man be?

Oh. God.
it’s so weird that today is just like, a normal day for some people. they just go about their day not knowing what homestuck is. crazy.
