this is definitely something I should have been promoting sooner .

I feel very strongly about getting yourself tested , no matter how many partners you’ve had/have . like the picture says , most people won’t even know that they’ve contracted an STD , or even HIV . sometimes symptoms may not appear right away . therefore , it’s always a good idea to get yourself tested at least once a year , or whenever you get a new partner .

so please please PLEASE don’t take this stuff lightly . the results of having an STD and not knowing can cause long term damage . there are clinics that do testing for free , especially planned parenthood . 

if you need to find a clinic near you , or need to find out where they offer free STD and HIV testing near you , check out http://www.plannedparenthood.org/ . you can even google “free STD testing" with your city&state , and places should pop up .
