For how long have you been having your Ninjago Oc? (Sorry for my bad english)
Hi!! I've been having Hana since season 2 of ninjago came out on my country, so i guess I've been having her since January 2013? I think, I've been having her and been shipping her with Lloyd for 13 years now...didn't realize it had been that long
Bought the ninjago movie videogame because you can create your own characters and play as them! Now I just need to unlock the correct hair to play as Hana!
SHE'S THE CUTEST OMG
Thank you <333
Made Hana on LEGO PLAY....i wish it had more costumization options but the hair is exactly the same.
I also made her on their official website. They had more face and hair options but less clothing options.
𖥻 ׁ ׅ Hana's lore: Arc One ׁ ׅ 🌸
Context: Story is settled after Dragon's Rising. I envision Hana's Story to be more of a continuation/soft-reboot like Dragon's Rising was to the original Ninjago. Hana's lore/Story is meant to paralel/is inspired by the first season of ninjago with the prophecy of the green ninja and all.
Also pardon my ASS writing skills...I'm not very good at summaries...or the english language...or writing in general...
Word count: 4k words of pure mary sue oc yapping
— Early Life
Hana was born the second daughter of Ichigo Hayashi and Azami Kawano. She lived a relatively peaceful life on The Valley of Blossoms, a small village far away from Ninjago city. When Hana was around 8 her village was raided by a gang of criminals, Hana and her family tried to escape but were quickly ambushed midway of their escape. A tree falling forced her and her parents to separate from her sisters and her uncle. Her father fought the criminals while Hana's mother grabbed her and ran all the way back to their house. When they arrived, Azami hid Hana under the floorboards and dragged a carpet to hid the trapdoor. Azami fought the raiders when they caught up to her. Hana sobbed silently, covering her ears to muffle her mother's cries of pain, and eventual silence. She was found by her uncle one or two days later, Fuji took her and her sisters far away, where he raised them on his own for a few years. Then he disappeared when Hana was a teenager.
— During The Merge
Hana was a young adult when the merge happend, the catastrophe caused her and her younger sister, Ayame, to separate from their older sister, Yuri. They reunite again 3 years later, Yuri had settled down on a small village far from Ninjago city. She visits them sometimes.
— Prophecy of the Two Ravens
Some time after the merge a cult formed in the merge lands; The Majora, who worshipped an unknown forgotten goddess. Originally, they were wanted for robbery, vandalism and brainwashing people into joining their cult, they are now are behind something more sinester, their assaults are no longer petty crimes, as whenever they raid a village they leave people extremely ill. They had only been targeting small villages for now. The ninja, specifically Zane, had gone to one of the villages to assess the damages done by the cult, but when analyzing the villagers and their symptoms he couldn't find a matching illness on his database. He had to look deeper.
Zane, alongside some of the ninja sweeped the monastery library and multiple archives through the merged lands until they found information about this sickness, alongside information about it's origin. It was called Basilik's Fever, it was an ancient parasite that took away the host conciousness, allowing the parasite to control them. Almost like zombies. There was no cure.
Alongside this information they found an incomplete scroll about something called "The Prophecy Of Two Ravens" where an ancient, corrupted goddess, known as Ursa, was prophesied to return to the mortal world from her vanquish, but the information stops there. The scroll talks about a realm called Solarix: The Land of the Dreamers. A ever-moving kingdom that traveled between different realms to guard each of them. But logically since the merge happend, the realm had settled down somewhere in the world.
Once they managed to locate Solarix, they traveled there and were met with defensiveness as the Solarians don't trust outsiders. But the Chief, Orianna, allowed them entry, as she knew why they were here.
She told them the story of the Ravens; The three very first stars to ever exists, they gained conciousness and weaved the entire universe, filling it with stars, planets and many other celestial bodies. In short words, they were the creators of life itself.
The chief told them how the sisters weaved the universe, every single star and planet. But they ended up settling on earth to take care of the most perfect civilization they created, the Solarians. Andromeda was the Raven of Healing, who brought health and life to the mortals, Orion was the Raven of Luck, who brought wealth and fertility to the mortals and their land, and Ursa was the Raven of Discipline, who brought justice and punishment to those who fell into evilness.
But the Solarians feared Ursa, they worshipped Andromeda and Orion over her. This wasn't unnoticed by Ursa, it filled her with envy and jealousy, but mostly hatred, hatred towards her sisters, hatred towards her people, hatred towards the role she was forced to take. Her anger corrupted her Soul Gem and she became evil.
Ursa spread a sickness throughout Solarix, a parasite that took away the hosts conciousness turning them into her servants. So they could worship her, and no one else.Andromeda and Orion tried to reason with her. But she refused to listen. They tried to stop her, but Ursa was strong. Andromeda and Orion had to join forces, Andromeda casted a spell that banished Ursa, Orion and a big chunk of the Land Of The Dreamers into a pocket dimension where Orion would keep Ursa trapped forever. That was their original plan.
But Andromeda divined the future, she knew the spell wouldn't last forever, that Ursa will find a way to break through the weakening veil of the spell, and that she would return to the mortal world and cast the earth in darkness before conquering every single sentient being in the universe. With the last of her strength she put a spell into what remained of Solarix, letting them travel between realms, and retreated into her Star Gem, the gem would be reborn into multiple mortals, remaining dormant for all their lives. Until the time close to when the prophecy has to take place.
— Finding The Vessel
Orianna tasks the ninja with the mission of finding Andromeda's current vessel, who the solarians refer to as "The Star" Orianna gave them a device to track them down.
After some time, Lloyd found The Star, an aspiring musician named Hana.
Convincing Hana she was the so called "Vessel of Andromeda" was difficult, as she thought they were either bluffing or mistaken. But in the end, Hana decided to listen and came with them. When they brought Hana to Orianna she managed to reveal Hana's star gem by interlinking her mind with it, the gem rested dormant on her forehead. Orianna explained the gem contains both the soul of Andromeda and Hana's own soul, and that she must both train to awaken Andromeda's dormant powers while also protecting herself and the gem, because if the gem were to shatter, Hana would die.
Orianna explained the prophecy to Hana, and everything she must do to prevent the end of the universe. Hana then connected the dots, all her life she has had visions, like memories that weren't hers, or that soft voice that talks to her on her dreams. It all made sense then.
Orianna and the Solarians had to prepare for Ursa's return, this is why she asked Lloyd to train Hana, so she can awaken her powers and become strong enough to defeat Ursa. Like the prophecy said. She also stated that Hana's Imago form will find her when she needs it the most, and that she must focus on psychical and mental training so she can be able to bend Andromeda's power.
Lloyd trained Hana to help her awake her powers. He also took Ayame, who is the elemental master of magnetism, as his student.
— The Calm Before The Storm
In the few months that Lloyd trained Hana they got ot know each other better, Hana shared her dreams and aspirations, hobbies and passions with him. And he shared his with her. And the more time they spent together the closer they became.
Relatively, Lloyd was Hana's biggest support during these times, he knew better than anyone else how it felt to have a destiny you don't know you can accomplish forced into your life. He also felt a kinship with Hana as she reminded him a lot of himself when he first discovered he was the green ninja. Which made his job as her master much easier, he knew exactly how to help her awaken her powers.
Hana and Lloyd became friends quite quickly and genuinely cared about each other.
During this time, Ninjago scientists were researching about the sickness, they discovered that the parasite didn't harm the health of its hosts, it only controls their bodies and minds. They theorized that if they were able to safely neutralize the parasite, the hosts would return to normal. So they started working on a vaccine.
—Evil Spreads
Hana might have been preparing herself for the upcoming battle, but The Majora didn't pause their plans, they kept spreading the Basilik's Fever throughout the merged lands (The sickness is spread by summoning the parasite with an incantation and touching someone with it)
It was when they attacked Imperium when the Ninja found out that the people infected with the Basilik's Fever were under the control of Agatha Bijou, the leader of The Majora and Ursa's proxy (Ursa takes control of Agatha's body to communicate with her followers, to lend the cultists her magic/power, etc)
Not only The Ninja were vastly outnumbered, they also had to hold back from hurting the infected, as they believed they could be cured.
During the fight, one of the cultist focused Arin, with the intention of infecting him with the parasite. Luckily for him, Hana noticed the upcoming attack from the cultist and shielded Arin with her body, taking the blow for him. And unluckily for her, this was the cultists real plan, to infect her with the parasite to stop the prophecy from happening.
And their plan worked, the parasite took effect almost immediately and Hana passed out. Lloyd didn't think twice, he needed to get her to somewhere safe.
— Dying Light
Hana had been unconscious for days now, she rested in Lloyd's room as doctors and scientist come and gone, trying their best to help their last hope against Ursa. Is all in vain, they couldn't help her.
Lloyd tried using his powers to heal her (yes I hc Lloyd's powers can heal) but the moment he touched her injury a cold, sharp pain shoots up his arm, he sees the skin around the injury turning paler, veins darkening. The parasite fed on his power, making Hana more ill than she already was.
He didn't leave her side for long, and the voice in his head says he is the one to blame, that he should have prevented this, that is his fault.
Hana had woken up hours later, though barely able to stay awake, Arin had come to see her, to apologize for what happend, he said it was his fault, that he should've seen it coming. But Hana comforts him, she says that it isn't his fault, is The Majora's fault, not his.
The next few days Hana fades in and out of conciousness, the sickness taking a toll on her body, making her as frail as a moth's wing.
After receiving the news, Orianna came to see Hana, she interlinked with her Soul Gem again, expecting to find her mind already giving to the parasites control. Instead, she found that her Soul Gem is protecting her mind. But the parasite had mutated, it no longer seeked to control her, instead it wanted to rot her from the inside out, it wanted to kill her.
She was going do die soon.
The news broke them, her sisters were devastated, and so was Lloyd.
But they didn't have time to mourn, didn't have time to cry. The day of the prophecy was approaching faster than ever, and with the prophesied bed-ridden ill, they needed to prepare for the worst.
— Visions of Hope
While unconscious, Hana has a vision the night before the prophecy, she hears a voice, warm and motherly, whispering a single sentence; "Find yourself on the west winds" she jolts awake, her body a stone throw away from succumbing completely. Yet, she gets off bed, slowly and silently, but determined to follow what the vision said. Is reckless is foolish, she knows she's dying, that her frail body might not survive whatever she is getting into, but what other hope does a dying girl have?
She looks around the monastery, everyone is gone. The Majora were launching their last attack on the city, they were needed there. Hana didn't have the opportunity to even say goodbye.
Hana took one of the dragons, and with one last look to what she's leaving behind, she launches into the sky, following wherever the winds take her, even if it is towards her demise.
— Return of the Dark Raven
It was that same morning where the sky itself tore open, a dark fog poured from the rift, almost like a wispy cascade.
In that moment where the ninja and the majora stopped fighting, the ninja were confused, the civilians scared, but the majora were delighted. They kneeled, bowing and chanting simultaneously as a figure emerged from the dark fog.
Ursa. The Dark Raven.
She was colosal, a 80 feet tall Harpy. Her wings jutted out of her shoulders, each feather in her body the color of black glass, her teeth and talons sharp, and a pair of black wings covered her eyes. The temperature dropped when she spoke.
She asked for the prophesied, Hana. But she didn't need an answer, Ursa knew where she was, dying alone far away from here.
They tried to coordinate an attack on her, but it was useless, she was a goddess after all. She spread her wings and a dark fog slithered from her feathers, covering the Lands in a darkness that extinguished every light it touched. But that was not all, the fog contained that parasite, so it was a matter of time before every single living being was under Ursa's control.
They had lost.
— Beggining of The End
Hana was laying against a tree when it happend, even if her vision was blurry, she saw how the distant sky teared itself open, how Ursa stepped from the void into the mortal world. How she failed everyone, and how everyone she loves would suffer. All because she was never strong enough to stop it.
Nami, the young dragon that brought her here, nuzzled against her cheek, letting out a scared whimper. Hana placed her hands on the dragon's scales with the last of her strengths "You need to go, they need you." She whispers, and watches as the dragon flies away, leaving her completely alone.
Her body is a prison of pain, a fitting punishment for her failures, she thinks. Hana takes one more look in the distance, at Ursa, at the darkness that was seeping into the world, as the end of days unraveled. She closed her eyes and single tear ran down her cheek before her heart stopped.
— Reborn on The Path of Pain
Hana woke up with a gasp, she was no longer laying against that tree. She was standing on nothing as stars, moons, suns, planets and other celestial bodies moved in the distance, she looked around, entranced by such a beautiful sight. But she was confused, scared, lost. She called out for someone, anyone.
A voice spoke up, it was her, the voice of her visions. And she made herself present for the first time.
Andromeda.
She was grand, a tall and beautiful Harpy of white feathers. A motherly aura irradiated from her. And her eyes, that had witnessed the death of millions of stars, held a warmth reserved for Hana and only for her.
Andromeda comforts Hana, tells her to not be afraid, that she had reached the sanctuary she build for both of them within the heart of the gem, within her own soul.
"Am I dead?" Hana asks. Andromeda shakes her head and tells her that her heart might have stopped beating, but her soul has yet to depart to the Spectral Lands. And that she is here to make a decision.
Andromeda takes Hana's hands on hers and shows her two visions, two possible outcomes of this encounter. Two paths for her to chose.
In the first vision, Hana is sitting on the grass on a meadow, surrounded by the people she cares the most about. Her sisters, her friends, even her uncle, who had dissapeared since she was a teen. She was so happy to see them all safe and sound.
Then she sees them, her parents.
She rushed to them, threw herself into their arms, sobbing and stammering. Both confused and overwhelmed with joy. Hana is embraced by both of her parents, the hug is warm, safe, everything she longed for since she lost them.
Hana feels a clawed hand on her shoulder, Andromeda looks down at her with empathy in her eyes, knowing the next part would break Hana's heart.
This vision, the path of peace...This is what will happen if she accepted death, her soul would rest here eternally, in a world of her own, surrounded by her beloved ones. She would never know anything but love and joy.
But it wasn't real, not really, it was simply her reward for having a good soul. Like a heaven only for her.
The second vision wasn't something you see, it was something you feel. Agony spread through her body as fragments of possible futures flash in front of her. Once is over, she gasps, her body still aching from the pain.
This vision is the path of pain. If she choses this path, she would return to the mortal world to fulfill her destiny, to fight Ursa like the prophecy foretold. But she would know pain far stronger than what she just felt, far stronger than she could ever feel. But it gives her a chance of victory, of saving everyone.
And for a second Hana is conflicted, she wants to be rest, to be happy, to be painless. She truly does. But she can't. She wouldn't be able rest peacefully knowing that the people she loves, the real ones, will die under Ursa's conquering.
So with all the bravery she has. She speaks.
"I want to fulfill my destiny."
A ghost of a smile appears on Andromeda's lips, she knew Hana would choose this path. She raise her hand and a single mote of iridiscent light emerges from her forehead, her very essence. Hana accepts this gift, the mote floating until enters her soul gem and she feels the fire of a thousand stars burning her from the inside out, the knowledge of the universe itself manifests on her mind. It is indescribably painful.
When she wakes up, her body is brimming with power, her mind knowing even the meaning of life itself, she is no longer human.
She has become a Raven.
— My Friend, A Goddess
The world had ended. It hadn't been a slow apocalypse, but a swift, brutal conquest.
The Majora fought the mortal resistance as their goddess continued to spread her corruption. The ninja and every single warrior fell one by one, succumbing to the parasites, to Ursa's control as eternal night clouded their world.
Zane and Pixal weren't organic beings, they were not affected by the parasite, so they did the only thing left to do, they grabbed Lloyd, the only one left with a sane mind, and fell back on Pixal's mech.
The mech had landed on a hill far enough from the city. Lloyd leaned against a tree, yes, his dragon-oni genes slowed down the infection. But even he was not immune. He could feel it, a feverish cold spreading through his body, his breath coming in ragged, painful gasps.
There was no future, they all knew this. So Zane simply held Lloyd's hand, telling him how he saw them as family, and how much he loves them as Lloyd faded away. Soon, he will be another of Ursa's worshippers.
But before that could happen, he feels the warmth of a pair of hands holding his, then the softest pressure on his forehead. The pain he had been feeling is gone in a second, the parasite no longer worming its way into his mind, his body healing. His eyes flutter open and she sees her.
"Hana...?" He whispers.
She is a goddess, a being of impossible beauty and strength. A stranger and yet, the same person he calls friend.
She thanks him for everything, and begs him to stay here, where is safe, to not interfere with the battle. She entrusts Zane and Pixal to keep him here, just in case.
Then she opens her wings and with one last look at Lloyd, she launches into the sky, flying towards her destiny.
— Clash of Two Equals
(A/N: I don't know how to write fight scenes, so you'll have to bare whatever mess I'm writing with me)
As Hana approaches, Ursa feels her presence immediately, and in the blink of an eye, Hana is standing in front of her, as tall and grand as Ursa herself.
Idk uhhh insert epic fight here 🤯
As they fought Ursa started monologuing, about everything she felt, she felt betrayed by her subjects and her sisters, she felt alone, envious, rejected by those who loved her, it broke her heart so much her soul became corrupted. But deep down she regretted it, all she wanted was to be as beloved as her sisters, and hold her sisters hands one more time. Both Ursa and Hana knew this.
But pride is a poison, Ursa won't surrender now, nor would Hana.
After a long battle both goddesses were exhausted, but Hana realized that it wasn't a battle none of them could win, not now, not in a century, they were true equals after all.
So Hana searched inside the borrowed knowledge on her mind for the spell that banished Ursa the first time. She casted it, and she opened the portal to the void.
It started absorbing every trace of ancient magic, the dark fog that flooded the world, and the two exhausted goddesses.
Ursa shrieked as she attacked Hana again, but there was nothing that she could do, the portal would absorb everything she sacrificed herself for, then it will absorb her, alongside Hana.
As she looked up at the endless dark of the portal above, she felt two arms wrapping around her back. Hana was...hugging her. And she apologized, for all the pain she had to go through.
Ursa growls, tells her that she knows nothing about pain, that she hates her as she claws at Hana's wings, arms, back. Anywhere her claws could reach.
And yet, as they lift closer and closer to the portal, she stops fighting, arms falling limp to her sides, and then she does the impossible, she leans into the hug, her forehead resting against Hana's shoulder. Tears escaped her as she finally accepts her defeat, surrendering to the last shred of affection she would ever feel from her sister.
As they enter the portal, Hana rests her soul gem against Ursa's, it shimmers with a light, an offering for Ursa. She accepts this offering.
The portal closes sealing the ancient evil, and both goddesses on the other side. The portal dissolves into an explosion of light, its power spreading through all the merged lands, erasing all traces of the Basilik's Fever, healing all those who had it.
They had won. And yet, Lloyd looks at the spot where she dissapeared, thinking of what they had lost in the process.
— The Star (Epilogue)
On the weeks after the prophecy, the world slowly returned to normal, what was destroyed was rebuilt and people found joy again.
But others grieved, the loss of Hana impacted everyone differently. But it affected Ayame, Yuri and Lloyd the deepest.
They built a statue of her on Solarix and held a memorial in her honor, people from all the merged lands came to pay respects.
Months passed, then a year. Things changed in her absence, Ayame officially moved to the monastery, where she could keep training to become a Ninja and be closer to her friends, she needed their support. Yuri moved to Hana's old apartment "someone needs to take care of her cat" she says, but the true reason she moved is because she is unable to get rid of any of Hana's stuff.
And Lloyd lays awake most nights, mourning the friendship he found with Hana, a connection that was just beginning to blossom into something more, something he now realizes he desperately wanted. A love stolen before it could even begin. But he must go on, is what she would have wanted.
Idk how to write conclusions. anyways, I'll post the arc 2 of her lore either this month of or the next. Im a slow writing it already took me so long to finish this summary I wanna take my tiem with the other.
thanks for reading all that I appreciate it ❤️🩹❤️🩹❤️🩹❤️🩹
