She raised a brow as he removed his mask, based on his clothing he was clearly of higher birth. The fashion he wore was not like the attire Rex Lapis or Ganyu wore on their visits, nor was it like that of those from Sumeru or Natlan they seemed to opt for lighter material, while Fontaine typically seemed to favor a distinct look which this attire also did not match. Based on the warmth and look the clothing gave Snezhnaya could have also been an option but based on his hunt it seemed unlikely. The deductions left her with Mondstadt which was even more curious. He had truly come a long way on this chase. Perhaps he could come in hand to her.
The kitsune sighed and rolled her eyes, “Of course you would bring up a mysterious archetype they seem to be such a rage lately. I suppose I don’t have to skip to the final page with you. A pity though I’m ever so curious.” Amusement played on her lips, “Such secrets, it seems as you really are beginning to fit into Inazuma. Watatsumi might not be a bad option but do remember they are in a battle with Eternity, they might not be as welcoming as I am to strangers appearing.”
“Alright, well come on then.” She turned her back to him before walking in the direction of the mountain. “Hide your pollution first though. Let’s get you fed and come up with a real plan so you can stop running in circles. Perhaps then you might also be willing to assist me as well. As much as it annoyed her if he decided to hide the vision she was willing to put up barriers so no one else was able to take the delusion because apparently this man thought it would bring about his victory and she needed to gain that trust. Her ears twitched while she walked to listen and see if he would indeed take the assistance.
He’d never figure that the woman before him was this daring and brave. Though there was also an unspoken kindness hidden within the shadows of her words. His network had gathered information regarding the important figures within Inazuma but he could hardly learn anything about this woman that hasn’t been out to the public. IF there were secrets about her life then..those secrets were still pretty safe as far as he’s concerned. “You humble me with your invitation.”
The Ragnvindr remained unmasked and unhooded but at the very least his name was still a secret, there’s just too much riding for him to expose himself now. There was still someone back home posing as him, a young man he’s trained to handle all things within Diluc’s absence, and things regarding the wine guild itself. He has Charles for that and Adelinde could take care of the manor. His hand kept the delusion secured within his pouch as he followed her back. “This will remain hidden.”
As Yae guided the man up the mountain she paused at an inlet within the body of the cave and proceeded inside. “I can’t let you bring the delusion so close to the shrine. I’m even hesitant to let it this close as it is. The roots of the Sakura run deep. You must understand that it is my duty to protect it. Place the item over there and I’ll seal off the cave so only you and I can enter. That way we are both at ease. You have my word that I will not touch the item.”
She waited to see if the man would put up a fight with her. He was chasing his tail for sure but she could also tell he was very stubborn. Her priority however was to the Raiden Shogun and to the Sakura, not to mortals whose stories were as fleeting as the wind. “What will it be then... Scurra?”

“You are right, though in the meantime should you need anyone to perhaps clean or scrub the floor boards then hesitate not to inquire of my services once I’m healed.” Those within the Kaedehara clan were not strangers of labor, whether it be smithing or rather humble duties like cleaning. In the meantime yes, he and Sui should rest. His eyes took notice of the couch that sat before him and slowly he made his way towards the piece of furniture and lay into it. “Mmmh, it’s quite comfortable. This stray kitten is quite used to sleeping on boulders that have been bathing under the sun. This couch is rather godsend.”
The wanderer reassures her with a smile and nods his head. It was quite alright, she is correct in the sense that the extent of his injuries were severe. The common warriors of the Tenryo commission were obstacles he could avoid with just a little effort but the Thundering Fowl herself Kujo Sara was a different case as she’s proven to be quite fierce. “Goodnight Ms Yae and you have my thanks once again.” They were left well alone as can be and night continues.
There was only little disturbance through the night, one of the healers noticed the sweat running dow his face profusely and deducted that Kazuha was in pain, but given the late hour he simply chose to suffer in silence but luckily the healer caught on and remained at his side after providing him with a few herbs to ease the pain and just like that the morning came and the wanderer felt incredibly sore. “Mghhh..this is a familiar feeling.” He spoke with a weakened tone.
The rustling of the healer had stirred the Kitsune from her slumber. She quietly rose from her own bed before looking in on what the healer was doing. Yae frowned, “Go.” She said quietly, and with that the other healer removed themselves from the room. Frowning she moved closer to exam the wound, once again it was under the stress caused by Ei. She placed a hand trying to absorb some of the electro, she managed to pull a little but not enough to provide full comfort. She was going to need more of the salve to pull more out, but she did not want to do so while the wandered was gaining strength through sleep.
At some point she must have dozed off as she awoke to the words, “Mghhh..this is a familiar feeling.” He sounded weaker than before which was worrisome, Ei what on earth did you do? “Morning you look awfully drowsy.” She spoke nonchalantly as though she was not a bit concerned. She handed him a glass of water with a few herbs in it to hopefully ease what would be coming. “Unfortunately it seems I’m going to have to treat you. It won’t be pleasant though. However, I will let you get your baring's and you can let me know whenever you’re ready. Just don’t do anything too strenuous.”

scarlxtleaves:
Outfoxed huh..that’s what he gets for letting his hatred for the organization dictate him even if i was but for a mere moment. She was cunning, perhaps more dangerous than the fatui himself, whilst she wasn’t an enemy there was still something to be said about the air around her. Those eyes were calm and the smile on her face rather nonchalant, it was clear to him that this woman that may seem like a frail maiden had seen horrors the likes that Diluc himself couldn’t comprehend.
“……” He sights before a gloved hand reaches for his mask, this was THE Yae Miko someone with quite the status within this foreign land. The best Diluc could hope for was the fact that his family’s legacy never got THIS far beyond the border. “My name is not an important matter, not now anyway, but yes I am on my own.” He spoke quietly before crossing his arms over his chest. Honestly he’d prefer not to wear the delusion but..the last thing he needed to hear was stories of a red haired vision user within Inazuma enough eyes witnesses smuggle that news in a few taverns here and there then it’s only a matter of time before the news hits Mondstadt and the identity that he’s been keeping would be brought to light.
OH he sensed how she tried to vex him, four years ago that would have definitely worked, but he’s managed to keep his outer emotions in check however within his heart he was beyond furious. “My sources tell me that you own a publishing house and have a thing for stories, verily I ask if you simply think of me as the mysterious archetype that only reveals himself during the climax.” As a man of prestige upbringing Diluc has had the time to relish in all things and the ONE thing that kept his mind free whenever he was not spending his time with Jean, Kaeya of Sigmund for that matter were books.
A good story might be the one language that Yae would understand when it came to keeping his identity a secret. Besides she’s seen his face now..that is how far Diluc was willing to trust her whilst keeping some things hidden away he was too inclusive, too careful and it’s just something he’s been for the sake of survival and keeping those he cares about safe and now that he knows that the delusion manufacturing was nowhere near the great sakura tree then..there is only one place left to look. “The information you’ve given me has been quite helpful. The feeling of pollution that I’ve sensed here must probably just be a by product from those within this land that demanded power during the rebellion..which means the source of its origin must come from the a place away from here..they would need to create and ship these outside of watchful eyes of the tenjou..which makes me suspect Watatsumi would perhaps be my best bet.”
She raised a brow as he removed his mask, based on his clothing he was clearly of higher birth. The fashion he wore was not like the attire Rex Lapis or Ganyu wore on their visits, nor was it like that of those from Sumeru or Natlan they seemed to opt for lighter material, while Fontaine typically seemed to favor a distinct look which this attire also did not match. siamxshade:
This woman, pink hair, clothes befitting a shrine maiden. So that’s who this is, from the stories surrounding her, he expected someone..’nicer’, this woman was a force. She knew so much, those ears and that vision, definitely not your normal ‘damsel’, not to mention he could have sworn he saw a fox before she appeared from behind the tree. Her abilities to sense visions and delusions alike was truly curious. Though it was clear that she knew he had an ulterior motive for coming here, it might prove to be beneficial if he cooperated.
If she can sense a delusion on his person, maybe she can sense one from afar or if it is left out in the open. For that he’d need at the very least a sliver of her trust. So Scurra parts his lips and replies to the question. “To purge the darkness festering in this land. The delusion you sensed is somethingI’ve picked up from an estranged source. I know all too well of its negative effects on the human body and mind, the manufacturer or more importantly the one who sold this to my- ngh.” ‘Calm yourself, breathe in the air.’ He spoke within the back of his mind, performing said actions as he found himself getting too personal upon reliving the past.
The rage and contempt he carries for the Fatui will always be a part of him, always within to lurk deep within the skin, those wounds created aching so deeply. As much as Diluc tries to hide it behind his work, that fury will never leave him. However, he had found some form of composure. “A man within the fatui that forgoes these transactions, I have reason to believe that he might be here. Reaching into the pocket of his cloak Diluc takes out a glove containing a crimson sphere. “If you can sense it, then perhaps you might even be able to find out where these have been manufactured.”
“Intriguing, you want to purge a land which outcasts those from beyond it’s borders. Truly you must not be that selfless. Come now, there must be a real reason.” However the answer was given to her during Scara’s little speech although he stopped short it was easy enough to put the pieces together. “Ah- someone you cared for succumbed to the lull of darkness. It makes sense as I can feel the anger radiating from you. Almost a revenge complex.” A small smile played on her lips wondering if her words might get a little rise out of him.
The Guuji began to close the distance between the two proving she was not the least bit intimidated by the man before her. She inspected the glove from a distance really not keen on the idea of touching something so polluted. “I can’t tell you a name or an exact location but yes the energy that stems from this has been increasing throughout Innazuma. Most have just taken it to be the will of their ambition for such abominations to appear for them. I use the term appear very generally... the opportunity to acquire such objects might be better phrasing.”
The woman with pink hair tilted her head a little, “You won’t find what you’re looking for this close to the shrine. Do you really think I would allow such pollution this close, hm?” Had Ei not been stuck in the Plane of Euthymia perhaps things would not have gotten this bad. “So tell me... Traveler, as i know Scara is not your true name. Did you come alone?”
@newdxwn-a
siamxshade:
Oh there was a dark…ominous feeling about Ms Guuji Yae. Something he did not even dare to challenge. “I promise I would not cause trouble for you or the other shrine maidens, in fact when I feel better I’d like to offer my services, cleaning and even going down to fetch materials. I’ve dodged officials during the vision hunt decree so long that I’m confident that I would not bring trouble with me.”
The wanderer spoke with a weak smile as he sat rather straight before he saw a little kitten walking in the room. His eyes widened at the sight of the little creature, the kitten made its way towards the two. “Suitopi..you’re alive..” Kaito must have separated from the feline before making his stand, just when he thought he had cried just enough for the day more tears began to fall from his face, but they were not of sadness…they were of happiness.
Kaito and Sui were inseparable, at the very least the young man’s spirit would reside with his cat. The feline in question recognized Kazuha and made his way towards him, nuzzling its frame against his knee, light purrs leaving his maw. A gentle finger reaches down to gently pets his head. “You’re far nicer than your attitude portrays Ms Yae, a sleeve reaches to wipe away his tears. “Suitopi is a rather smart cat, and he absolutely adores human affection so be sure you’re always patting and keeping him close. Another thing to note is that he does not like being touched whilst he’s eating.”
Yae looked down at her nails as Kazuha mentioned offering his services. Her eyes slowly raised noticing he was dead serious. It was nice to know he was not just a freeloader. “Well, I can’t have you going down regardless of your track record. if they did catch you my hospitality would have been for naught. i’m sure we can figure something out once you’ve rested and healed. You won’t be moving around very quickly for a while.’
An amused expression rested on the kitsunes face as she watched the exchange. “I meant you Kazuha, you’re also a stray kitten are you not? Seems my charity is extending. Do me a favor and don’t tell anyone.” She looked at the pair carefully wondering how long the two would be able to stay here without detection. The biggest worry would be Koujo Sara showing up unannounced. but Yae was confident she could make this work.
“Now then, I suppose I should allow you to get some rest.” Her room was absolutely the safest spot for him but it did leave little privacy. Yae frowned a little before stepping outside the room. Within moments various people were carrying screens and made a make shift little room for Kazuha. “Normally, I would offer you, your own room but if that injury begins to act up again we will have to act quickly so it’s better if you stay near by. I hope that couch will be comfortable enough for you. She tilted her head wondering how he would react staying in proximity to her.

sakurakissesx:
It was not all that common for Yae Miko to take on her true form as a fox envoy but every so often the urge would strike. It typically occurred every couple of full moons. Perhaps she enjoyed freely running in the moonlight with the faint glow of the Chihu forest guiding her along the dancing stream. It all seemed normal until she sensed the presence of a human. Unfortunately for her he also seemed to sense her and beckoned for her to reveal herself.
The flash of a small pink fox ran past Diluc and behind a tall boulder, after a few moments a gentle female voice answered him, “Would you really unleash what feels to be flames in the middle of a forest? I knew humans were foolish but that might take the prize.” A woman slowly emerged from the back of the Boulder only truly visible with the glow of the luminescent plant life with the forest. In this lighting her ears blended into her hair more but the distinct glow of her vision earring was clear as day.
Yae slowly began to move closer to the man, “You’re not from here. But there’s something else about you. Something that shouldn’t be there…” Little did Yae know that she was sensing a delusion an item that would create its own chaos in the future. She finally stood face to face with the man clearly showing no signs of fear. “Now then, are you really going to threaten a little fix like me?” She smiled only a little clearly amusing herself. Yae had come to fear very little. She would not quiver before a human man who hid himself behind a mask.
So she knows about his vision, her eyes were sharp enough to catch it’s swift glint of activation. However, the vision wasn’t the only method he’d have to subdue her should she prove to be foe rather than friend. Though considering those ears of hers, fox ears which really brought it into perspective of who or what she is. A kitsune, as they would call them within Inazuman myths, however he could have sworn that he’s read all the kitsunes were gone, turned to statues..or perhaps that was nothing more than a children’s storybook.
Either case he lowers his guard physically in order to show the young woman that he was no threat unless he was provoked. Though, it was quite odd to find someone so deep out into the woods, granted he knew she could ask the same of him but given her clothing..she shouldn’t even be here. “Underestimating you would only prove to be my own downfall, but I’ll entertain the idea that you’re not my enemy.”
He stood straight, leaving the hood on to further hide his masked face under the sheet of darkness. “Call me, Scurra.” He never did come up with an alias whenever he was under the mask, whilst he did choose a name that would fit a wild card, he couldn’t help but mentally sigh at the fact the people of mondstadt refer to him as ‘the darknight hero’. Truly the people of his nation lacked imagination. “Other than myself, have you seen suspicious people in the forest, people or things around that shouldn’t be here.”
Diluc or Scurra knew there just had to be a Fatui base of operation somewhere here in Inazuma. Looking for it himself was just one of the ways he’s trying to tackle the situation before he would lower himself and join the Vision Hunt Decree Resistance. The thought of putting himself in the spot like that was not appealing but whatever he had to do to get his answers.
“I might not be your enemy however it seems you might be an enemy to ‘Eternity’ if you’re not careful with your additional... jewelry. Especially that corrupted, artificial one.” Yae put a hand up, “I’m not going to take them, goodness I don’t even actually know where they are on your person but I can sense them on you. Don’t you know Delusions will ruin ones life? They twist ambition. You seem somewhat intelligent, although I’m questioning it if you’re holding onto something so corrupted.” She placed a hand on her hip almost talking to him as a stern school teacher would.
The kitsune tilted her head at the man before her as he told her his name. It most certainly was not Scurra but she could play along for now. She was sure the truth would reveal itself eventually. “Hm, you seem to group yourself as suspicious, should I be concerned?” She smiled a little before continuing, “Anyone from beyond the Inazuma borders would be considered suspicious as we are a closed nation. But that doesn’t actually stop those with ambition. You’ll have to be a bit more specific as this is for some the way to the Grand Narukami Shrine.”
She took a step forward to him as if trying to see beneath the mask, “So tell me, why are you actually here? And please spare me the lies, I know it’s not for the sights.” There was a hint of amusement in her voice as she continued to attempt to figure out why this man was here.
@siamxshade
kaedehxra:
“A friend..” He took everything she said quite seriously considering the amount of knowledge she possessed by being the high priestess for soo long. Hearing the young woman’s question however stung his heart, granted he was able to compose himself because he steeled himself. It definitely will be something he’d have to do for quite some time before he recovered, deny himself a chance to mourn in order to get better and thus leave this place considering it would be a matter of time before he is found.
His eyes gazed down at the hand that was left wrapped in bandages, whatever she had given him for the pain was surely doing its job considering the burns did not bother him as much as they did prior. His eyes then turned to gaze into her own, a serious expression on his face as he had decided to trust this woman with his tale. “A dear friend of mine challenged the Raiden Shogun to a duel, he lost to one of her champions and succumbed to his divine punishment. As a fellow samurai I’m overjoyed that my brother died in battle..” His voice broke only slightly upon speaking of the man’s death which forces Kazuha to accept this massive loss. He wanted to add that as his friend, his heart is torn asunder beyond repair, but he refrained from speaking of it any longer.
“Without thinking I snatched his vision before the light in it was burnt out and have been on the run ever since. On my way to try and stop my friend I’ve fought numerous battles, and to escape I’ve fought even more. That’s when we met, and you and your subordinates saved my life. By the way, would there be any way I can also thank them as well for bringing me into your care?”
Yae raised a brow at the tale, she had heard about this affair through the whispers of those who visited the shrine. It was however a surprise that he had made his way all the way up to the shrine without someone even attempting to turn him in. If Kujou Sara had heard of his attempt the young samurai would not have even made it to the archways. Perhaps he was lucky or perhaps fate favored him. Either way it was rather curious.
“And now you seek refuge and shelter from the ever-growing lightning storm looking for you, hm?” Her violet eyes studied him for a moment as if she was actually pondering whether or not she should continue to provide shelter and aid for the young man. If could be rather amusing if Ei were to find out. The man himself seemed like he could also potentially amuse her. Yae smiled a little, “Don’t worry, I won’t throw you out to the storm so long as you promise not to cause trouble within the shrine.” She highly doubted that this man would try to cause trouble, but she was a little curious to see if he would attempt to scramble from her words.
The kitsune laughed a little at the question if there was anything he could do to thank them, “In your current state? No. However-“She leaned forward in her seat getting much closer to Kazuha’s face as she dropped the volume of her voice, “I’m sure there will be need in the future. The storm isn’t just for you Kaedehara Kazuha.” Her tone was deadly serious as she spoke but after a moment she pulled away from him with a new devious smile on her face as if the exchange had not even happened. “Now then, I know your story and I know you’re running, is there anything else I should know about this stray little kitten I’ve taken in?”

3. Advent Special Prompts
OTP Christmas Prompts 💕
Two co-workers and friends can never hold a relationship over the holidays, so they have the tradition to be each other’s plus ones for every event, starting with the christmas office party and “usually” ending with the firework on New Year.
Ice skating sounds like a cute idea for a first date with lots of hand holding, but not if they both can’t actually skate and are lying more on the ice than anything.
Trapping the other with someone else under the mistletoe has become a highly competitive sport. But who wins if both get trapped together?
After spending Hanukkah with the parents and then Christmas with the in-laws is a lot of fun and full of love, but it’s also nice to finally have some alone time as a couple.
Every country has different traditions for Christmas when it comes to food: trying something new when they have always eaten the same dishes for the holidays feels wrong at first. But when it’s cooked with love by their favourite person, it can sure taste like new traditions.
Celebrating the first Christmas with the in-laws is not easy, especially if they’ve only met via skype before. But receiving the obligatory family Christmas sweater with their own name stitched on the front as soon as they enter the house makes all the worries vanish.
Every year it’s the same struggle: finding the perfect Christmas tree. This year, finding it in less than a minute feels wonderful. The problem is, another person has claimed the same tree and it doesn’t seem like a compromise will be found anytime soon.
kaedehxra:
“My apologies…in my distraught my behavior’s been deplorable. A samurai must be better than that.” The young man said, giving her another bow. “Kaedehara Kazuha.” He introduces himself by both last name and first name. Slowly he had managed to go into her own quarters and onto her couch. Comfortable whilst looking at the clothing he still wore. His kimono and hakama were a mess, he was really making such a mess of this place.
“My apologies..” He was still weak, slowly he started drinking the water that she had offered. Putting some liquid back into his dry throat, his voice wasn’t as hoarse anymore. But her question brought a look of concern on his face. Frantically he checked himself, feeling his legs with an arm, patting himself gently downward toward his ankles and felt no pain. “Okay, I’m fine..”
The young man then looks at the new pair of clothes that were presented to him. A magenta kimono and white hakama. “These should work nicely, thank you very much.” The moment she stepped out giving him privacy he began changing as quickly as possible. Which wasn’t quick at the slightest because of his injuries, most of the clothing was placed on from a seated position. “Alright I’m done.” He calls out to her, his mind began replaying the events once again, not the fights, not the struggle but the hours of recovery. He recalls her mentioning a name earlier…the name she mentioned earlier. It came to him the moment she stepped forward into the room. “Yae-san..who is this Ei you’ve mentioned earlier.”
Yae nodded, “Kaedehara Kazuha” repeating his name to not forget. It was a miracle that over time she still managed to recall even the faintest of names. But it did not do her well to forget a single detail. She had made a promise to tell everything to Ei when she was able to see her dear friend once more. She strode out of the room to give him some privacy. She could hear him rustling about clearly having some difficulties with his clothing. But when she heard her name once more she returned.
She tilted her head a little at him looking at the new clothes, “Well those do seem to fit.” Yae proceeded to take a seat in one of the chairs in the room when he posed a question to her, “Hmm, you caught that did you?” She smiled slightly before continuing, “Ei is an old friend of mine. But nevermind that. So tell me how exactly you came to be bleeding at the shrine's doorstep with a vision and a doormat vision. It’s not something you see every day. She had her own guesses to what happened but wanted to hear this young man's explanation.
The time was quickly approaching that steps were needed to end the suffering within Inazuma. Unfortunately, Yae would not be the one to break the country out of its current state, had it been that simple she would have done it a while ago. But no, there were other players at work. Time would tell who the one would be to actually fix the state of Inazuma.

IM CRYING. I LOVE YOU. THIS IS BEAUTIFUL.
[ 𝐁𝐎𝐎𝐏 ]
A finger coming down onto her nose accompanied by the words “boop” had not been something Yae Miko was expecting. Confusion and annoyance swept over her features as she took a step back. Could this be some kind of strange custom from outside of Inazuma? If it was it had never been mentioned to her by any of the other kitsune, Ei or Morax. She shook her head a little bit, “Hello to you as well.”
kaedehxra:
“Agh..” He utters in pain feeling her hand treat the wound he had received from the Raiden Shogun..he could understand how this was divine punishment, though the attack had already been dealt he still suffered its after effects that continues to shock him even now, though less so. How he had wound up unconscious. “I was..” The memories of losing his friend replayed in his mind. His friend’s smile, that bravery in his eyes, the overall pleasant feeling of being with a brother. All of that gone, stolen from him. The man would no longer dream, no longer feel pain, experience happiness or joy..none of that.
Sitting up holding the cup in his hand, wait- his hand. It had been bandaged and the lifeless vision in his lap. So, it was really all true and not just a very bad dream. This was the reality he was forced to live in now. He felt the sun’s rays hitting him, it was morning again..but why did it feel so dark? So cold? Kazuha picks up the lifeless vision in his bandaged hand, tightening his grip upon it, the burns continue to hurt him but nothing he physically felt would compare to the pain he felt in his heart. His heart, it was now broken without any knowledge of how long it would even last.
Tears once again began to fall from his eyes, trailing across his cheeks. His friend made a decision that Kazuha wishes he would never have to confront. The back of his head rubs his tears away and tried to find his composure, he had no time to feel sorry for himself or his friend. If everything was true, then he was a wanted man..and he needed off the islands. “My friend faced…divine judgement. This vision was his..I don’t know why, I might have been frightened, frightened for him..frightened for the fact that his memory and ambitions would become nothing but a cold and meaningless medal upon that statue. You’re..Yae-san correct?” Slowly he props himself upon his and half bowed in appreciation. He couldn’t go any lower due to the pain and he hoped it did not offend her. “I thank you for my treatment, but I must be..I mus..” He tried standing up only to fall back down. Dehydration and a low blood count began to rear its ugly head.
Yae watched him with a hint of annoyance as he tried to stand up and leave. It served him right to try and rush out of her after all the effort she had gone to. "You're not leaving until you're healed. I did not waste such a precious medicine for you to just die now." The glared but still assisted him in becoming comfortable on the couch again. "I do not typically go to such trouble for people. Do not make me regret it. Now drink your water."
Her words were true, most of the time she did not do direct healing. But along with directly doing so she was doing so in her private quarters so he could avoid stares but also due to their normal healing sanctuary being full. "To answer your question yes, I am Yae Miko. But you still have yet to tell me your name despite being allowed in my private quarters." Despite her tone she leaned forward with a cloth to dry the tears running down his face.
Yae felt for him, losing a friend to eternity was not an easy fate. She had watched many succumb to the wheel of time and her eternal friend was far out of her reach. Part of her friends glow had gone out much like the vision resting in the man's hand. It was interesting how similar fates could be vastly different.
"I suppose I should find you some clean clothes. I've already sent some of your clothes to be washed." She frowned a little staring at him. "Are you injured anywhere from the waist down? I didn't think it would be very appropriate to have a man completely naked on the couch in my room unconscious. But we will need to wash the blood out of those as well." Yae moved to the door calling for someone to bring extra clothing. She returned to his side offering the clothes, "You have a few options. Option one just put on the clothes. Option two put the clothes on after you bathe to get the rest of the dirt and blood off you and Option two point five, same as option two but requires assistance. Normally I would not offer but you did just collapse. I also rarely present options but you've gone through an ordeal and I understand if you wish to rest. Even if it's staining my couch."

“Kaito!!!” The young man screams out, he was too late..his friend had already been slain by the Raiden Shogun receiving divine punishment. Upon the blond’s face was a smile, a satisfying smile at that. And why shouldn’t he smile? He was a samurai, Kazuha understood the teachings that dying in battle was an end a samurai could hope for and against the raiden shogun there was no greater honor. But..even so, why?! Why him?! “You, you will show her excellency respect an-” Kujou Sara had exclaimed but Kazuha could have cared any less of what she had to say.
Quickly, the young man races to his friend, the tears that fill Kazuha’s eyes as the drops gently crash along the deceased cheeks. Scarlet hues caught the sight of the young man’s vision and without thinking he quickly took it and began sprinting away. Upon gazing at the thief the shogun swiftly lunges forward, her sword of divine punishment in hand and slashes the young man hoping for a deathblow, but through the pain Kazuha continues to flee. Using his own vision to control the air currents around him that would slightly give him the appearance of gliding.
“Ngh..” The vision in his hand began to cast its last light. Burning and searing in the palm of his hand, giving the young man a permanent burn scar as he continues gliding downwards. Then the memory faded, then he recalled a bounty being on his head and he couldn’t even walk the streets without getting into a fight. Though he was wounded his sword was still drawn to clash against those loyal to the shogun and minute after minute another man had died in her name by his blade. His plan was to scour the mountains to seek refuge at the great sakura tree.
But alas, through the battles, blood loss, burns and the surge of lightning that damages his entire body with every passing moment there was no way he could have continued onward and so, fainted right at the entrance. Hours later he felt something rubbing against his skin, something damp with a cooler temperature. Slowly, his eyes open to see the blurred vision of a young woman. She was beautiful..which meant..he must have surely been dead and this was Celestia. “Tenshi?”

"Tenshi?" The kitsune laughed a little at his words, "You might be close to Celestia up here but you are not there and I'm not a tenshi, although I am flattered." She then applied some pressure to the gash she had been treating, "If this was Celestia this would not hurt. However it is necessary to make sure the remaining electro Ei left you with comes out of your wound." After a few moments she released the pressure and stood up moving to a bowl of water to cleanse her hands from the mixture and blood.
Not a moment later one of the shrine maidens knocked bringing a pitcher of water, "Here you are Guuji Yae." Yae nodded dismissing the woman after taking the pitcher and retrieved a cup. "Now then, why don't you tell me who you are and how you came to be unconscious at the entrance of the shrine with both an active and doormat vision." Yae carefully poured some water into a cup handing it over to him. "Drink. I promise it's just water."
Despite wanting answers she also knew that this man was probably dehydrated at a minimum. Without asking she picked up his gashed hand she had neglected until now bandaging it. She had a feeling he was not going to appreciate all her work on his wounds but it was something he was going to have to deal with if he wanted a shot at properly healing.
