Is Rapport's Law present in every Wizarding community or just America?
Rappaportâs Law is only present in America, canon speaking the law was actually abolished already according to J.K Rowling but as we stated in the FAQ page, it was too fun of an idea to play with to let it go. You can read more about Rappaportâs Law here, here and here! Hope that helps.Â

What are your expectations on applications? I mean do you guys expect them to be super high qual or are you quite lenient? Thanks!
Good question! Our expectations arenât âsuper highâ, but theyâre there nonetheless. We appreciate applications that look like they had a lot of effort, thought and detail put to it. I personally think itâs also key for the app to have direction. In other words, what are your characterâs goals and obstacles? Is there a potential character arc in store for them?
We have a very clear idea of what sort of writers weâd love to have in this little family of ours! So itâs not so much high expectations, but that we know exactly what weâre looking for, and weâre not ones to accept just âfor the sake of itâ. I do hope that helps! If you ever need help or more advice on writing your app, do feel free to come to us anytime~

With this skeleton, I feel like itâs easy to accidentally over-emphasize the museâs amazing abilities. But you did the opposite. You reminded us throughout your bio that Anthea considers herself some sort of a failure, that âher mistakes were a constant proof of her inadequacyâ. Additionally, the fact that she struggles with the patronus charm made me wonder: does she not have many happy memories then? I found myself wanting toprotect your muse, and I think thatâs a great sign of a convincing character! Congrats on creating such a fantastic application!

Lorneâs past, namely her sociopathic brother, is definitely something I didnât expect to see for this skeleton. But to our surprise, it works! I loved that it gave a clear reasoning as to why she chooses ânot to feelâ, an aspect that The Strategist is known for. Her paranoia rang very clear in your self para, and Iâm immensely glad that you emphasized that; it made Lorne seem very ârealâ to us. I also love that she doesnât know actually herself yet - rather, taken bits and pieces from people she knows. Lorne seems like a very intriguing character indeed!

Hello my fellow Potter fans and good evening! Tonight at 12AMÂ PST (thatâs 3AM EST by the way!) the inbox will be closing and acceptances will be posted tomorrow morning! Iâm excited, are you? Now this doesnât mean that we wonât be accepting more applications you can feel free to still audition past the 12AM deadline, but any audition received after that time not be accepted likely for a day or two as we will be getting things ready to go for our new members. Which brings be to another important note!
ACCEPTANCES from here on out will be done as the admins have time, very likely this means daily as long as the both of us can review your application and approve it, so there will not be any more lengthy wait times. h o w e v e r  this does not extend to Sundays. No new applications will be reviewed or accepted on Sundays.Â
SO, all of that having been said, happy auditioning! Weâll be around to assist you in any way possible until the very last moment so feel free to shoot us an ask if you need anything!Â

when you post acceptances will you write little notes about what you liked in the apps? It's always cool to see what the admins liked in an application!
Definitely! Star and I both love seeing little notes from admins, so there was no doubt that weâre going to be doing the same for you guys. Plus personally, I donât know why, but writing the notes is my favourite part of the acceptance process!

This means that our inbox will be closed by 12AM pst on TUESDAY, the 21st. However this wonât be our only round of acceptances, so if you canât make it in time itâs no problem at all.
