I would still like to see more of Hagakure. I know it’s late into the game, but I just want to more about her life:(

This is a fictional story and people have their favorites. Some people like Aoyama, but not Shigaraki and vice versa. .

In other words, like in any other series, people don’t have to feel obligated to like a character just because they have a sad backstory. They are allowed to smack talk or praise the shit out of any character they want.

I’m only saying this because it seems people are trying to twist the arms of those that like Aoyama, but don’t like Shigaraki. The whole “Haha they’re alike so you must like the character I like now”. 

If they don’t feel for Shigaraki/Aoyama then they just don’t like them as a character as much as you do and that’s that. No reason to try and force people to like a character.

*sigh* I followed a naruto youtuber and they uploaded a video today defending Ada’s interest in kawaki and boruto (who are underage). During it he brought up how he now knew how axel beats felt. Like really my dude? I had recently subscribed to him, so maybe there were signs of that. I have now unsubscribed. I don’t need to see that in my subscriptions. How disappointing....

I saw the preview for next episode.....

I should’ve realized that Hisui is there to give episodes that have nothing to do with plot (Can’t wait for Kohaku’s episode about his scar coming from a one off demon that doesn’t have to do with anything). Also why is it called Hisui the Demon Slayer? We already met him and know what he does....

You know what? Who cares? The lack of screen time has been a blessing for both Hisui and Kohaku. They can’t have a ruined image if they don’t show up (until Kohaku says some shit like “Pedomaru and Rin were so happy together” just watch). 

The episodes with plot are trash, so maybe this episode will be nice break for those that do keep up with the show.

If these shippers had so much faith in their ship then why do they need to come into our tags and try to argue. Like they already confirmed she’s the mom.

Did they think with the confirmation that we would suddenly go silent and accept what has been done to the characters we love along with the attempt to change the original series?

No we are not going to stay silent because honestly dunking on this show is fun to do and also inspires fanfics using the theories that were made to try and at least make the show palatable early on.

I don’t know. With the well disappearing and grandpa not remembering the keychain shikon jewel and changing how old the well is it feels like they’re now trying to muddle the timeline. That or these writers just don’t look back at the original to make sure (ex. rin is younger the kohaku, so couldn’t possibly be 18). Sad thing is that both can be possible at same time.

You know, I was under the impression that the VAs would be contracted to agree with everything that the show did until the contract ended. With this however, doesn’t seem to be the case. It’s nice to know that Ken is again saying what his impression of the relationship between Sesshomaru and Rin is. That being Family!!!

We all knew it, so with this I can only imagine the uproar over there will be with the confirmation that he was romantically interested in her in the original series.

All that “effort” to try and tell us she was an a adult down the drain. Well ain’t like it was working in the first place.

Wonder if they’ll try to scramble more? You would have thought if they made that “effort” in the anime they would put it into an official guide book that was coming out, but maybe they forgot all about it. How disgusting, shameful, and embarrassing.

Mystery?

They way they played up a mom mystery when it was literally the one we all knew it would be if they didn’t claim mystery is disgusting. They knew people wouldn’t like it that’s why the kept it quiet for so long to string people along. I guess they thought there were going to be alot of shippers to sustain them, but obviously they were wrong.

I’m sure that the mom mystery was not the only mystery that was promoted. Yashahime the show itself was promoted to be a mystery or at least to give off that vibe, but everything has been extremely straightforward. We are the ones that turned it into a mystery and thought more about everything because of the way they conducted themselves in interviews. It was just another way to keep us around for so long and make us do more work than they put into the show.

I’m more than sure that not only did the trashahime merch fail, but also the Inuyasha merch because of association. Can’t wait to see them scramble more in the future to justify their choices.

Where is that pregnant rin screenshot even from? I looked at the preview for the next episode and it seems to be done with flashbacks (to be fair I skimmed through it really fast, so I could’ve missed it). Was it shown on tv in japan?

What is the point of Kohaku and Hisui? I know they want to show characters aged up, but they have been used in promotional material that I thought they would be more involved in what is going on. At the beginning I thought that Hisui would be apart of the group and travel around with them, but that for sure isn’t the case now. Kohaku has even less screen time than him and I thought that maybe he would have information about what was going on early in the show.

I haven’t been watching the episodes since season one. Is Setsuna aware that Rin is her mother or is Towa the only one that still even knows?

Yes the show says she was 18, but doesn't tell us when Sesshomaru grew a romantic interest in her. You want to tell us that everything happened right when she turned 18. That's still freaking weird.

Sesshomaru is those people that talks to underage girls, but to try and avoid the law they wait till they are 18 to make sexual advances. Or those people that stalk underage Twitter accounts waiting for them to turn 18 to slip into the dms.

When that interview came out with Rumiko saying how she viewed the relationship between Sesshomaru and Rin. My hope actually soared. I pretty much thought that Rumiko was spoiling us without straight out saying what will happen in the show.

As I said before about episode 15 what does Riku gain from lying to Towa about people she doesn’t even know? That question should have occurred to me then to prevent the hope from building.

I wonder if the Japanese fandom makes as much noise as us. Because Sunrise just told us she had the twins at 18 not when Sesshomaru gained romantic interest in her (usually that happens before babies). So, Sesshomaru was still going after a child..... Eugh
