"Of course you are! But if you don't take your nap, you won't be able to grow taller. You'll be stuck at that height forever!" Moon told Darcy.

“Don’t believe ‘em, Darcy. I take naps all the time and I’ve never gotten any taller.” Mike argued.

Moon glowered at Mike before approaching him and stepping between Darcy and him. Leaning over him, he spoke in a low voice.

"You are not helping, Michael..." He hissed under his breath. "I am attempting to get the children to settle down for naptime."

Mike sucked in his lips, seeing he’d made a mistake butting in. He knew this wasn’t his department but he couldn’t help it. ‘Naps’ and ‘height’ were two of the biggest banes of his existence,

“Alright, alright. I’m sorry. I was just kidding.” He turned to Darcy, “But hey, be grateful. I love naps. You don’t get it when you’re a kid but this is the only time of your life where people encourage you to sleep in the middle of the day…” Mike yawned just thinking about it, “Your grownup self will thank you.”

"Heh heh." Moon chuckled under his breath, his expression shifting to one of amusement. He would have to tease Mike about his height at some point, just the same as he tended to tease Lucas about his height as well.

Turning back to Darcy, his expression became softer then.

"Indeed. Adults rarely get the pleasure of taking naps. And look, all the other children are settling down as well! And they're big boys and girls too, aren't they?" He kneeled down to her height, holding out a hand to her. "Why don't we go to the naptime room together?"

Darcy nods while yawning and starts follow moon

Moon takes Darcy's hand and leads her to the nap room where many other children have already found soft sleeping mats to lie and nap on. Moon leads Darcy over to an empty mat and makes sure its clean before letting her sit on it.

"There you go. Do you want me to stay with you?"

“ ummm do I have to sleep with the other kids and yes I would like that “
