Wow okay a lot to unpack here but the most noticeable thing for me is the freaking confidence with which they sprout this fucking shit. My God the audacity.

Supernatural did not fucking start with John and Mary's romance first of all. It started with Mary dying because of the demon. And John and Mary didn't even have a perfect marriage tf. It was built on lies. It's even mentioned in the show if they have the courtesy to watch it how their marriage wasn't even perfect until after Mary died which?? Doesn't really shout romantic to me. So really wtf is being mirrored with Cas and Dean here?

"the show is not what you want.....what the writers want" and the creator of Supernatural cannot stress it enough how Supernatural is nothing without Sam and Dean. How taking the horror elements of the show aside all that is left is the toxic co-independent bond of the brothers. That's the show. That's what writers wrote throughout the 15 season run and that's what people want to watch.

Whatever "romance" there was in the show DIED in The Pilot. Mary and Jessica (romance) was sacrificed for HUNTING.

HUNTING became the main theme of the show and the Family Business.
