i don’t trust people who put pills in their mouth BEFORE the water

how does it even work if you put the water first. you have a mouth full of water you need to open to put a pill in. what.
You just … push the pill through your lips. They spread apart just far enough for the pill (which plugs the hole) and then close again after. Also my mouth isn’t totally full of water either, basically just enough for a single large gulp (so like idk half full? A full mouth for me is around 2 large gulps, maybe a small third one).
why would you do that tho
You tip your head back? You put into your mouth the amount of water you would need in order to take a pill, and then you tilt your head back and drop pills in.
Because if you do it that way, the pills don’t get stuck to your tongue and refuse to wash off, and you don’t end up tasting zinc for the rest of the day.
(it’s also handy for being able to take pills when your only available water is a drinking fountain)
