I personally would care if the actor who played harris is skinny. Svetlana's and Scott's physical changes don't really change the story. This difference, I think, would. To me, this would show viewers that non-skinny people aren't considered desirable or sexy. You may think it's not that deep, but it kinda is. If they cast a skinny person for harris, it feels a bit fatphobic
