Second ear was much easier because the surgeon who performed the otoplasty didn't cause so much damage on this ear. No damage on the helix. Turned out pretty well and I even created little curve after client's request. Client came all the way from Australia to get this done. It's so nice to have a clients who truly appreciate my work. This was the first ear pointing on someone who had otoplasty done. This means that we now can do ear pointing on people with otoplasty(obviously depends on how the otoplasty was done and how much broken cartilage there is). This particular ear was quite tricky tho because the doctor who performed the otoplasty, used anterior scoring technique, which means that he was cutting through the cartilage from multiple spots, including helix (which I don't understand why because it was totally unnecessary damage). You can see from the before picture this tiny step on forward helix, that's where cartilage was overlapping and because it's really close to the tip, it made the procedure pretty difficult.
