     “It use to be.” The words hung in the air. In truth when he had joined The Brotherhood of Steel so many years ago he felt a sense of pride. To go out of way to help all those in need made him feel so proud of what he did. Then Elder Lyons passed and Sarah died. Everything changed rapidly into what most called ‘The Original Path of the Brotherhood’. It simply felt wrong but he was a Sentinel and he simply could not abandon his family or the small hope it could change for the better.

~∞    I believe in The Brotherhood of Steel. 

I came from the Vault alone and scared of the world I met. I fought through the unjust and the chaos to find certainty and answers in a world held in dust. 

I found steel and a sense of compassion unlike anything I had seen in the Wasteland. Even when I fell they brought me back up.Through trials and pain I found a new home within the last place I expected. I found friendship and pain faded from my soul. 

~∞       What Happened to The Brotherhood of Steel?

Elder Lyons has passed. Sarah has died. I am the only Sentinel here. They look to me for answers that I can’t give them. They made Maxson the elder. I shall follow him as I did the others.

This is wrong. We are suppose to help people. We are suppose to be the light in the darkness. The outcasts are back and the change is breaking my heart. We are shutting everyone out. Why? Why is this happening?

The Commonwealth is in chaos. I wish we could help. I wish Elder Lyons was here. I wish my father was alive. I can’t leave the Brotherhood. If no one else will believe then I will. I can believe that the Brotherhood will remember all the good they did. I need to believe.
