But the potential for his lore is so fucking unbelievable.
He's practically abandoned by everyone he loved, but that's the more obvious and common theory for his lore. But there is so much more .
First, we (obviously) have fiance lore. Kinoko Kingdom was built by him and Karl, but without Quackity. It's been pretty obvious Quackity hates them because of that, thinking that they left him.
So there could be a part in Sapnap's lore stream where there is a confrontation. Obviously if Sapnap and Quackity wanted to stretch out their lore, there would be a lot of yelling and not listening. Misunderstanding would grow, and no one would listen to each other. Or the contrary, they do listen. Quackity finds out the true intentions of Kinoko Kingdom and Sapnap finds out the true intentions of Las Nevadas. (HAHAHAHA IMAGINE?)
Then again, there's Karl. Karl's endings in TFTSMP say that he's been forgetting, but we never really see it. So in Sapnap's lore stream, maybe it actually shows us that Karl's been forgetting. (Of course, this could be saved for maybe one of Karl's streams instead, but who knows).
Also, in the beginning of the lore teaser, there's a shot of a poppy. In another video Karl made, its shown Sapnap holding a poppy and then Karl killing Sapnap. Maybe Sapnap does confront Karl over the memory loss, but gets angry. Karl, out of self defense, fights back physically and ends up taking Sapnap's first canon life.
The lore teaser shows flashing images of Kinoko Kingdom. This brings up possible Kinoko Kingdom lore. The community house was also shown, flashing between the newly built one, as well as when it was destroyed. "Memories lost" could be a reference to the memories of the community house that Sapnap lost.
Of course, that's one of the more popular theories, so here's what I think: Kinoko Kingdom and Las Nevadas rivalry. Quackity thinks Sapnap, Karl, and George left him. So what if Sapnap leans more into this, turning into a rivalry between the two nations? The two "leaders" don't get along, so why would the nations be friendly towards each other? This could also bring up tensions between the "members" of Kinoko Kingdom and the Las Nevadas crew, but at the end of the day there are only about 3 official members in Kinoko Kingdom.
Dream plays a major role in a lot of Sapnap's previous lore streams, so it really would be surprising if Dream isn't at least mentioned in this lore. But how would it be possible for Dream to be in his lore? He is still in prison, Sam isn't letting anyone in, Technoblade is in there with him which gives Sam more reason as to not let anyone in. Sapnap wouldn't even be able to sneak into the prison.
How can Dream be in Sapnap's lore? I don't find C!Sapnap to be very persistent, so he wouldn't try to force Sam to let him into the prison. But maybe "Memories Gone" could be referring to Sapnap trying to get rid of memories, y'know? He tries to get rid of the memories he has with Dream. How exactly, I can't think of that. But Sapnap doesn't want to have happy and positive memories of Dream, the guy who, seemingly the entire server, hates. He can't.
Onto the least likely, but still possible theory.
In Sapnap's lore stream back in March when he visits Dream, Sapnap shows Ranboo the smiley face :)
This makes Ranboo go silent, and leaves Sapnap alone and confused. Sapnap sees Ranboo talk in chat in Ender. What if there is Sapnap and Ranboo lore? We haven't seen Ranboo's enderwalk lore in a while, so it's possible.
Of course, this is the least likely but I love Treasureduo, you know I had to bring this up ;-;
Solo lore would also be possible if Sapnap didn't make his character human????? /lh
Solo lore could be his backstory. The name as I have repeated many times before is "Memories Gone". So solo lore could be Sapnap trying to forget bad memories. Or maybe even good memories. If it were solo lore, there would be no one else. (Which would be the most difficult. Unlike Ranboo's enderwalk lore, a lot of Sapnap's character depends on other people, such as Dream, Karl, Quackity, Tommy, etc.) But if it were fully alone, there would be implications of other people. For example, as I mentioned earlier, a flower from Karl. But without Karl there, it would just be a simple red poppy. Memory gone. Maybe something he's had since the start of the server, something George or Dream could've given him. But without Dream or George, it would be just an item. Memory gone.
(Solo lore is possible with Sapnap and I just noticed this while writing it.)
The most recent semi-lore towards the ending of one of Sapnap's stream, Bad is canonically confirmed to be Sapnap's dad (??). But while they're talking about that, Bad is about to give Sapnap an invitation to the Red Banquet. Something "to die for", in the words of Bad. But Sapnap doesn't end up going. Because he doesn't go, he doesn't really see what the intention behind the Banquet was. He doesn't see his dad almost kill his best friend. He doesn't experience Bad's mindless actions (controlled by the egg) firsthand. But how could the survivors of the Banquet live and not talk about what happened? News surely would've spread to Sapnap eventually, right? And Sapnap would've heard of what Bad was going to do to him if he had gone to the Banquet. His own dad (?) would've killed him. And Sapnap has seen the egg's affects, obviously as it was one of the reasons Karl had asked if they could make a new country.
At the end of the day, no matter what happens in Sapnap's lore, I'll watch it. These are just theories I have that could possibly happen between Sapnap and others. And not just fiance lore because there is so much potential with Sapnap's character.

haha, so sapnap was the last fiance to see quackity. other than that, a lot of people have seen quackity.
but the last time sapnap saw quackity was him being terrified during doomsday.
imagine how he's gonna feel after seeing his fiance again (if they ever see each other again). but this time he isn't a weak guy anymore. he's gone distant, more serious, and a lot more power-lustful. and the next time sapnap sees him will most likely be because of the reputation quackity would've grown with Las Nevadas.
so to sapnap, quackity went from his light-hearted fun and scared fiance to a powerful country leader.
and quackity won't want anything to do with sapnap anymore. sapnap won't know why. he won't know what happened.

okay, no, but i associate a lot of these lyrics with the recent quackity stream and karlnapity.

this part is quackity looking for justification as to why he's been gone- building las nevadas for his fiances (and george).

idk, i always felt that these lyrics could be associated with either sapnap or quackity.

but i usually think about sapnap during these. sapnap has been left so many times, and i think this could be him hoping to get rid of the pain of karl not remembering him and quackity not visiting or talking to him or karl.
