Hello. You can call me Lavender. Mx Lavender if you want to be fancy.

I go by all pronouns except for it/it's and favor it when people alternate between different pronouns while talking about me.

About my blog:

The purpose of this blog is to try to spread some queer positivity, specifically the kind I could have used a whole lot more of while growing up and figuring things out.

Currently I post around 2-3 times a day. Mostly reblogs, occasionally I make my own posts talking about my identity.

Heads up: I sometimes repost things that feature reclaimed slurs or artistic nudity

About me:

My orientation and gender are both fluid and therefore not always the easiest to put words to. Some of the labels I like for myself are: genderqueer, genderfluid, omnigender, androgyne, maverique, bisexual, abrosexual, greyaroace and polyamorous.

You probably won't be hearing too much about me outside of my queer identity on this blog since my other interests are not its focus but in case anyone is interested and to make me less of an anonymous gay blob in your minds eye:

I like to read. I love music. I play tabletop rpgs with my friends sometimes. I'm very fond of scifi, fantasy, horror and mysteries just as genres in general. I like to listen to fiction podcasts. I like going thrifting. I spend a lot of time in the garden.

i know it all blends together easily (though you can still tell where the colors differ in a small icon), but i wanted all the images to fit that particular kind of disco/party aesthetic!

it's also very subtle, but with the way the light reflects off the material, it looks like there's a slight bit of pink & blue in each other's aforementioned stripes - plus a tint of purple!

Logistics question for those who have a neutral gender or alignment: Do you see "neutral" as being interchangeable with "ungendered"?

It definitely isn’t for me! I view my neutrality in a leptive way, where it’s abinary & not pulled towards or away from any other gender quality. When I’m genderless, there’s a feeling of absence, apathy, and disconnect from gender as a whole. When I’m neutral, there is definitely a gender there that I feel connected to, it’s just much softer and less intensely felt than when I’m outherine. It’s like being ungendered/genderless is no number at all or an empty set, neutrality is zero (right in the middle of positive & negative), and outherine is a positive number.
