Day 3 of #writewemay -- My inspiration: (1) My husband, who is constantly supporting me and urging me to pursue my creative endeavors. (2) This may sound odd, but that little weirdo in the funny headband, little Sarah, is my inspiration too. That little girl wanted to be a teacher, a singer, an actress, an artist, and a writer when she grew up, and every day she reminds me not to give up on those dreams. I can still be all those things, and actually am in many ways. When time travel becomes possible, that little girl is going to be so proud of me! Thank you, hubs and little Sarah for keeping me moving. ❤️

For me, that's this work in progress called I Will Remember, which I wrote when I was in 8th grade. It's about a girl and her family who join other families at a country bed & breakfast for the summer each year, only this year is the first when tensions and hormones are high.
