I first began this story I high school and now where I am starting the series over again 8 years later. I just finished Evermore, the first book in the series and I’ve just began Blue Moon. I don’t think I fully appreciated the story back then the way I do now. I feel a connection to Ever now. I used to think she was annoying but now I see her as a girl very similar to me. The way she acts, the things she says and does remind me of myself very much. I am eager to read the rest of the series and watch Ever grow (not literally of course since she doesn’t really age anymore haha).

The sun poking through the clouds, blue skies speckled with white.

The grass still green, the trees still with some of their leaves.
