I hope this isn't weird to ask. My boyfriend and I have different sex drives. I want it at different times than he does or he wants it more than I do and it gets to the point we have sex just cause or we just don't. I know sex isn't everything, but I just really don't know what to do.

Not weird at all angel. So that’s really normal actually. Like me and Sevi aren’t always in the mood at the same times, but we’re so close to each other and he’s like my best friend that we know what to do to get each other in the mood lol. Like neck kisses and body pit pats lol it’s just weird with us I swear. But there are legit times where he REALLY doesn’t want it or where I SERIOUSLY do not want it and I just don’t feel in the mood. Sex isn’t everything, but sex is important (in my opinion). I believe that your partner and yourself need to share the connection, the trust, the love, and sex is a great way to do that. Once you guys sorta stop having sex you feel the relationship die and you feel less motivated in the relationship or like your self esteem is low. And that’s totally bound to happen but you really gotta sit down with your dude and be like “my man, my dude, my lady parts need ya inside (insert amount of days) AT LEAST” BUT you gotta be willing to be there for him to?? Now this is tricky because DONT BE PRESSURED INTO HAVING SEX IF YOU REALLY DONT WANT TO. If you seriously are not in the mood and he’s trying to convince you let him know to straight up quit his shit lol. Be like dude I’m really not interested rn. And don’t end it there just cuddle you know? Kiss? Hug? Tell each other dumb stories.

And if you don’t feel attracted to each other then maybe it’s time to move on or make it work. A relationship is two people and you really REALLY need to make time to sit down and talk about certain issues like this one.

So like we were like “fuckkkk” cause we were suppose to be honest with each other and we felt like if we didn’t do it we would be letting each other down. So idk lol. We talked and we agreed to never do that again, and now we have lots of fun sex time and we know it’s mutual.

And if I can be super honest, we are really attracted to each other so let’s say I’m eating chips playing GTA and Sevi is like in the mood. It doesn’t always work this way but a good amount of the times we are just super needy for each other. It’s so weird lol.
