So here I am again...screaming into the void while self-immolating and as uncertain as ever about sharing my art.
I'm an old graffiti artist still raging against the dying of the light but I don't paint as much as I would like to anymore.
As a Graphic Artist I'm an explorer of ornamental and decorative art. I use both traditional and digital tools to realize or reproduce graphic elements, letterforms, symmetric art and patterns as well as mandalas.
My vector art is a process of meditative experimentation and play. Intentionally arranging and re-arranging different vector shapes and elements until they feel balanced and functional, with a sense of symmetria about them. The freehand drawings come together through a kind of neurographic process that produces an even more innate style.
Although I'm self-taught for the most part I did do some time in the formal art school environment but learned far more painting walls and trains at night in the 1980's and 90's.
