What I loved about the designs of the first Pacific Rim was how different each Jaeger looked. Like you could tell the differences between a Jaeger made by China or one made by the Russians. There were also different generations of Jaegers with different technology.
Like look at Cherno Alpha. That thing looked like a fucking tank. Holy shit it was my favorite jaeger. It has this nuclear generator on the top.
Crimson Typhoon had 3 arms and was piloted by TRIPLETS.
But these new designs? They all look like the new Megazord from the newest Power Rangers movie. That or Transformers. They’ve copy and pasted snowflakes.
