Fanfiction Writers

I recieved a message on youtube from emovitaminwater. They suggested that I message some fanfic writers and ask them to promote the petition!

I think this is a great idea!

So I'm just wondering, which writers would you say are still active or most likely to promote the petition through their fics?

To be honest with you, I can´t even remember how I stumbled across Life with Derek, all I know is that I watched a video on Youtube where someone manipulated a Dasey kiss and I instantly loved the relationship between Derek and Casey(still thiking they were a couple though) and so I started watching more videos and fell in love with this wonderful show. I even had the DVD´s shipped over from the US because I wasn´t able to purchase them here in Germany.And since I was on Youtube I slowly got into the fandom and decided to try my hand on some Dasey/Life with Derek videos. And by doing that I got comments from fellow Life with Derek fans and I clearly remember finding an absolutely awesome Dasey vid, so I got in contact with the girl who made it, her name was Aurélie and she told me that she was from Nice, in France. We started talking and got along so well, that she somehow persuaded her Dad to take a holiday trip to the city I live in.We decided she would stay a night with me and I was pretty nervous to finally meet someone from the fandom. We instantly hugged and connected when we first met and even though it was just for a day, we realized that we really like each other and promised to meet again.We continued writing messages and I´m proud to consider this girl one of my best friends. We´re always there for each other, we know how to make each other smile, we know what the other one thinks and we can flail like mad over Dasey or other couples.And then, even if we had some trouble organizing it, we finally met each other again and spend 3 wonderful days in Paris together. I can´t even describe how happy I was when I saw her at the airport and I miss her everyday she´s not with me.This girl means a lot to me, and without Life with Derek I would have never met her and all those other wonderful people, so thank you! ~Laura

How LwD changed my life:Its a chain reaction really, but it all started with Life With Derek. I write fanfiction, (Dasey of course) and i noticed one specific user who reviewed my stories. I reached out to her and well its safe to say were pretty good friends even now months later. Shes lives in Canada and i'm in New York, we never would have meet otherwise. I would have missed out on an amazing friend!

Please, tell your friends about our petition for another Life with Derek movie, because it would mean so much to so many people but we know that a lot of the fans that love this show so much haven't been very active lately.

With this petition, we very well may get what our hearts have desired for such a very long time!
