Update 8/31/2019 1150 am

Riggs was spotted the backyards on 95th St then noted he was heading southbound on the trail behind 112th

Update 8/31 7am

6:45 seen at 8th St and 7th Ave heading towards highlands neighborhood. Seen short while later exiting Cross Kirkland Corridor east around 110th Place NE

Update 8/30/2019 10pm

Busy night! We had a few calls come from 112th. Riggs was spotted on 95th and 112th playing with a neighbors dog through the fence. He then fled up the hill and headed north. Then we believed to hear him in the bushes near the house we saw him at this morning.

Update 8/30/2019 8 am

Riggs was spotted by us this morning on 97th and observation drive. He's still in the same area!!! Check your backyards please!!

Update 8/29/2019

Riggs has been spotted multiple times today in the Highlands neighborhood along NE 100th street. The most recent sighting occurred in someone's backyard where he was scratching on the door. When he was spotted, he made a dash towards 116th into another yard.

Update 8/28/2019 11:00pm

Riggs was spotted walking down the sidewalk on 116th and 100th. When spotted he dipped into the yards of the houses nearby. Not entirely sure of which house in particular. We just walked the neighborhood and didn't see a thing.

Update: Riggs was seen running south on 112th Ave near Highlands Park Basketball Court at 10:30am on Wednesday 8/28. If you see him, DO NOT CHASE HIM, pretend to ignore him and just watch. Sit down and see if he approaches. Call me to report any sightings or information at [phone]

UPDATE: Another siting reported from yesterday, 8/27 around 6:30pm. He was seen crossing Forbes Creek Drive around 115th Ct. coming from the Avana at Forbes Creek Apartments going into the forest. This may be before or after the around 7pm sighting when someone attempted to catch him in the Avana complex. If you see him, don't chase him! Call [phone]

Seen at 7:15pm Wednesday, 8/27 at Avana at Forbes Creek Apartments. Person reported that they attempted to catch him but he ran off. DO NOT CHASE OR TRY TO CATCH IF YOU SEE HIM. Call 650-868-0043 with any information.
