How do you make your lemon water? Xx
I don't know if there is a correct way to make it but i personally squeeze half a lemon, add some ice cubes and ice cold water until the glass is full and then I finish off with a slice or two of lemon :)

hey. what are some of your fave calorie saving/minimal calorie snacks and foods to eat on a regulr basis?
To be honest I'm almost always a sinner when it comes to snacks. But I mostly try to eat grapes, a sliced banana and/or some almonds.

I had an amazing run the other day and today as well. And I'm also really excited to try out the "Zombies, run!" app tomorrow!
I haven't gone for a run in a long time, I have done a lot of other things such as yoga etc. but I've decided to go for a run and it's both exciting and a bit terrifying since it's been so long. I'm just scared that my asthma will act up because running usually do more "damage" than any other form of exercise. We'll see how it goes.
I recently started doing “Zombies, Run!” and my god does it motivate you! Nothing makes you run faster quite like hearing the moans of the living dead gradually getting closer. I’ve run some of my fastest 5k times EVER.
I think I might try this app…
