📱: your friend or whatever bout gettin me and my group some shows.
📲: no not yet. I plan to see him soon. Have you guys been practicing? He’s going to want you to sing in front of him. You got to be prepared.
📱: yeah, we've been practicing. we do dance rehearsals and vocal practice all the time. we're def prepared.
📲: and you’re still down to do what we discussed?
📱: we discussed a lot that nite. gotta be more specific mami.
📲: (drops her pin) let me show you.
Corey smirked as she dropped her pin. He had met her at a bar over a month ago, using his natural charm to strike up a conversation with her. The closer he got to her that night the more he recognized her from the commercials for Aces Casino and Lucid Sounds. Savina was gorgeous and she had a sense of humor that made him laugh like no other. They exchanged numbers but she was a busy woman and didnt always text back so today was a rare occassion that she responded.
He pulled up to the address, it was a big ass house. "Damn." He said with his New York accent before getting out and going to her front door, ringing the bell.
Friday, Tobias and Savina got into it over his wife and the two decided to leave their relationship professional. Savina was partially ok with it because she was now free to do whatever she wanted. She thought it was unfair that he could have his fun but she couldn’t. It didn’t work that way. Tobias was too caught up behind Nefertiti and Savina had to agree to end things before shit went sour quick.
Back on “work mode” Savina had a new boy group who was interested in getting signed. The group included a familiar face; Yasir (who worked with Lucid before), Corey; whom she had just met not long ago, and a few other band members.
Corey was handsome, and she didn’t mind letting him keep her company. She had the power to introduce the conversation of his group to Tobias, and she planned on doing that, plus; it’d give her a chance to see more specimen around.
She opened the huge cherry wood framed door and smiled. “Hey Corey, come in cutie.” She bit her lower lip and stepped to the side. “You didn’t have any trouble at the security gates did you?”
