Not a “goodbye”, but a “see you later”

Four years ago there was a Homestuck ARG by the name of SBARG. In the span of a few months it ran its course.

November 2012, SBARG v2 launched. That was just over three years ago.

SBARG v2 was and will continue to be one of my greatest accomplishments. It was far from perfect, but I don’t regret this project one bit. I learned a lot during the few years that I ran v2 and I met so many great people in the time this project was active. I will honestly say that SBARG v2 was the highlight of my time in the Homestuck fandom and no matter where life takes me with my writing and directing, I’ll be able to look back at this page and remember that this is where I started doing the stuff I love to do.

And I just want to thank all of you that helped on the back end and everyone that participated in this adventure.

Since Ornis joined you all through the door, I've been left in charge of things in the Medium. I'm making sure everything is running smoothly. It's a bit quieter around here now, but I don't mind it that much. In the meantime, it might be nice to take another retrospective look at all the fun times we had.

Would the Blue Hole be effected by a Nullification power? Or perhaps a large quantity of Junk Data?

A nullification ability, I'm afraid, won't have very much of an effect as the  is not an aspect effect but a glitch in the system.

Furthermore as the  has been noted in prior bug reports as having the ability to consume lesser glitches in its path, junk data would likely feed the hole, and could worsen the issue.

Just out of curiosity, what would happen if we tried to captchalogue the Blue Hole?

One can only captchalogue objects which exist in reality. The Hole is, by contrast, a glitch within the fabric of reality itself.

First off, I would like to congratulate you on your spectacular job at defeating Chronos. I apologize for being unable to attend, but you did very well without me. I am so proud of all of you.

However, with Chronos' defeat comes an even bigger problem: the 

. I have been keeping tabs on it and as of late it has become increasingly unstable. I fear the Star Barrier may not be enough to contain it any longer. I am researching possible countermeasures, and I welcome any suggestions.

The Reckoning

Note that it may be difficult to locate him due to the complex spacial structure of the Battlefield owing to the large number of prototypings. I have found a file for a Minecraft map in my searches for the remaining frogs. I have asked a player to host a server for you all to investigate this map.

Ornis, what do .wav files have to do with anything? How are we expected to find the frogs using sounds?

The appearance of these .wav files is quite puzzling, but perhaps the pages they have been found on could be an important hint towards where and when to find the real frogs that make those particular calls.

After last night's disaster, I have been searching all night for the missing frogs with the viewfinder. While all but one can be detected at the moment, most of their exact locations have proven to be difficult to pin down. In case you do not already have access to it, here is the link to the Master Waveform in its current state.

I wish you all luck on finding the remaining frogs. We only have one week to complete this.
