hi i was wondering if anybody can answer this. so i always wanted a scarification but i dont know how much the range in cost i am wanting a medium size for my arm

I get this kind of question a LOT and the answer is always the same: this is something specific person-to-person because not everyone’s body is the same size. 

If you have an idea and are wanting a price estimate, my best advice to you would be to take photos and measurements of your body and consult a scarification artist for a rough price range. Keep in minds different artists charge different rates as well.
