Creepypasta #1169: Too Human
Length: Short
–
Thomas stared at the monitor, studying every movement it made. It was perfect in every way. Each mannerism, sound, even the way it breathed; it was the perfect android. Chills shot through him as he saw his reflection in the monitor. He had effectively cloned himself.
Every day he watched it live his life. It did everything he would do, day in day out. It played with his children, went to work in the laboratory, even slept in the same bed as his wife. No one was the wiser.
As the days drug on, unease swelled in him. He had become the watcher; like a viewer watching a reality show. He had become distant, and this thing was closer to his family than he could remember. Soon he felt sick every time he turned to the monitors.
One morning he waited patiently in the lab, hidden behind several shelves. The door cracked open, and in came him. Seeing it close made his stomach turn. His sickness became anger, and rage filled him. As it sat he quietly stepped out from behind the shelves. His hands trembled as he raised a revolver, slowly pacing towards the back of it.
Two steps away, he clicked the hammer back. His clone turned to the noise, and its eyes widened as Thomas aimed the gun.
“How?” The android stammered.
Still shaking, Thomas exhaled and squeezed the trigger. After the bang, it crumpled in the chair, and slid to the ground like a rag doll.
The large amount of blood surprised Thomas, but he cleaned it up. He took his time, and prepared the android to be disposed. He drove home still shaking, pulling over several times feeling he had to vomit.
Back home, he chopped carrots while his kids and wife prepared the dining room. With a shaky knife, he managed to cut his thumb terribly. He wrapped his thumb in a towel, and rushed to the bathroom.
“Everything OK?” His wife asked through the dining room.
He unwrapped his thumb under rushing water, and noticed the towel held little blood. He pinched the wound, and opened the slice inspecting it. He noticed something thin, like frayed hair, poking out. He tugged on it, and with it came a tangle of more hair. He peered closer, and noticed they weren’t hairs; they were wires.
“Everything is fine, honey.” He tucked the wires in, and sealed the wound with a Band-Aid.
He would need to dispose of the body soon.

Creepypasta #1160: Nothing Can Stop The Rain
Length: Short
–
Most other kids my age love the rain.
They see it as something to splash around in, or as a lullaby to put them to sleep. But for kids like me, the rain is no fun at all. For kids like me, the rain is evil. And today, the rain is finally coming to get me.
Ma and Pa have no idea why I’m so scared of the rain. They’d never believe me if I told them. Adults never believe kids. All I want to do was crawl under my bed and wait for the storm to end. But I know that won’t help. Running away from home is my only hope.
Nothing can stop the rain.
I bolt out of the backdoor, backpack slung over my shoulder, and hop the fence. Every few seconds I look up at the grey, darkening sky. I’m so scared. The thunder is loud, like a growling beast. If I could just reach the bus station, I could get on a bus leaving town. The rain’s anger couldn’t reach me there.
My skin keeps expecting those first drops. Dissolving. Erasing. Cleansing the world of troublemakers like me. I know that the rain wants to punish me, the way it punishes all naughty children. The faces of my poor, long-gone friends flash through my mind with every lightning clap. There’s no way I’m going to let the rain catch me.
Nearing the bus station, I spy just what I want to see- a waiting bus! Just as I feel the first raindrop hit my neck, I make it onboard.
“Close the door and step on it, mister!” I shout at the confused-looking driver. There’s no one else left to get on, so Mr. Driver listens to me, and we take off. Looking out the back window, eventually all I can see is a waterfall pouring over the town. It looks so far away from here- like a painting.
Phew. That was close.
Yeah, I know raindrops are just normal water. They can’t melt down bad children. Duh- I’m not stupid. But the rain can do other things. The rain is a big tattletale. It likes to wash up secrets.
Secrets like the graves I buried my friends in.

Update on Obscure Websites
My most recent post details how I will be “reviewing” some of the creepy/disturbing websites on the internet. However, unless stated otherwise by my followers (that’s you!), there are some websites I will not be viewing.
First of all, I will most likely not be viewing any websites that download files or videos by themselves, and I’m sure you all can understand why. I do my research before actually accessing the websites, so I know which ones may pose as a threat.
Second of all, I feel like the infamous website Shaye Saint John has been talked about to death. Reviewing it would just be recycling what other horror blogs and YouTubers have said. If you want to explore the website yourself, I have it linked in this post. I’ve gone through it on my own time as well, and the one thing I’ll say about it is that if you are prone to seizures, it’s better to leave this site alone.
I’m looking forward to everyone’s feedback to this Artifact of Significance! If you have any websites you’d personally like to see on my blog, remember to submit them to me!
New Artifacts of Significance
Hello everyone!
I’ve decided to begin compiling a list of creepy/obscure websites to thoroughly look into and eventually “review” on this blog. If you know of any weird, disturbing, and/or creepy websites you’d like to see, please submit them to me and I’ll look into them.
Once I think I’ve gathered enough websites, I’ll make another announcement the day before I start posting the “reviews.” Every day will be a new website until I run out.
Remember to submit websites to me!

Creepypasta #1140: The Creepiest Thing I've Ever Had Happen During Night Shift
Length: Short
–
As a 22 year old high school dropout, I really have little to no opportunities in this world, so I took up a job at a 7/11. Night shift. Fuck. Me.
Working late shift, one very cold September night, a man walked in. He looked like he’d just gotten completely smashed, then glued himself together, and got smashed again. The motherfucker walked, acted, and talked drunk. He also smelled like a drunk.
He went over to the hot dog roller that we have. They’re hot bars that spin and basically cook things like sausages and egg rolls. He went over to it and pointed at the egg rolls.
He shouted, “huaaaaaaaa gimhihhe thisssssssss”, which was followed by a very obnoxious and low groan.
Being forced to, I put on a smile and said, “Yes sir, right away.”
I grabbed the egg rolls and strolled over to the register. It totaled up to $2.67. But he only had a $20 bill, and we were out of fives and singles.
I said to him, “sir, do you have anything besides a 20? We’re out of small change.”
He said, “no”, in a very mopey tone.
I got the impression that he was homeless. So me being the nice person that I am, I pulled out $2.67 from my wallet and paid for him.
He looked so happy, as happy as his wrinkly face could be. He started limping out of the store. When he got outside, he got on all fours, clawed at the packaging for the egg rolls, and fucking chomped both of them up at the same time. I tried to keep my reaction in, but I flinched at the sight.
He fucking took off on all fours faster than any human would on both legs.
About sixteen minutes later, him and five other men crawl up to the store on all fours.
I was shitting myself beyond belief right there.
As soon as they reached the door, they got up and walked like drunks.
They all wanted fucking egg rolls
What the fuck was I dealing with?
We only had 6 left, and there were 6 of them.
So I said, “there are only 6 left. Sorry guys, only half of you will get egg rolls.”
They all fucking screeched and howled at the same time.
Being a natural pussy, I said, “I’ll be back. I’ll go get some egg rolls.” We make our egg rolls in-store, for freshness reasons. I set them up, and told them, “it’ll be about 10 minutes.”
About 8 minutes later, the first man got up and laid his hands on the counter, with the loudest fucking clang that I’ve ever heard. I scurried over and said, “they’re ready”, with the biggest voice crack.
They cracked up and laughed like how a drunk person would, but they didn’t seem drunk when they were running up to the store.
I serve them their things. "It’ll be $15 exact,“ I said.
The original man put up the $20 bill. Me, with the instinct of survival, handed him back five dollars from my own wallet. They scurried along with their food happily. Then, they ripped the food apart and chomped it down in seconds.
We had a little donut store next door, The person who worked night shift at the same time as me was a really, really, really big prick.
I heard them loudly crawling over next door, and the door slammed open.
The guy shouted, "hey, watch that fucking door!”
Then I heard him say, “That’ll be $12.54.”
Then he said, “If you only have $5, get the fuck out.”
I hear some more clawing, and I heard water splash. Then a loud thump.
I never did hear the other door close. Our doors are lightweight as hell, so we can hear basically anything that isn’t a whisper.
I heard dragging, and then silence.
I went over next door during my 10 minute break.
And there was nobody there. Just a scuff on the floor, and scratches leading to the back as if something was being dragged, and was holding on by its nails. It led out to the dumpster, where the guy who worked the night shift clerk was laying in it. He was scratched across his face and neck, with his head bleeding and a giant gash on his right temple.
I saw 4 pairs of eyes watching me. Then in a flash, they were gone.
I could’ve been the dead clerk if I wasn’t so nice and helped them out.
If you work night shift at a place that sells food, and if you see people that don’t seem to act sober, or are just plain creepy, please, take my advice.
Be friendly.
