The Confluence of Souls (Detail), 1896 - Max Švabinský
Concrete structure with stairs, part of Las Pozas (The Pools).
Las Pozas is a surrealistic garden built by Edward James on a subtropical rainforest in the mountains next to Xilitla, San Luis Potosí, México. It includes more than 80 acres (32 hectares) of natural waterfalls and pools interlaced with towering surrealist sculptures in concrete.

Some pics from the most brutalist district of my city. Rain has turned to snow as night fell. This neighbourhood was built in the 80s when a lot of peasant folk from around the county were brought in droves to work in the steel mill, so they had to be accommodated somewhere.
