Hypothetically, if it were possible to be born at the South Pole, the MC and ASC could be in the same house (in the 1st). How do you think someone's personality might be affected by having both ASC and MC in the same sign?
This reminds me of a Mars Conjunct Sun, Saturn Conjunct Sun, or even Pluto Conjunct Sun - all have unique traits but they all tend to create a highly ambitious, driven individual. Ego and ambition and reputation may be highly tied to an unhealthy extent however. There may be an incredibly strong self-assurance between their self expression, identity, and the world around them.
