Uniform of the Feldscher (assistant surgeon) of the 2. Westpreußisches Infanterie-Regiment, Napoleonic era. Equipped with a bonesaw, satchel, and gloves.

This iteration of the uniform was (in the current era) likely popularized by its depiction in Guts & Blackpowder, although in game it lacks the shoulder tabs, and in real life there was not yet an established "Heersanitätskorps" during the Napoleonic era.
