Schwil Exploration Roving Vehicle, or simply "Rover." Based on the highly successful R-Lab design employed on Lanterca 23, it is a mobile habitat and laboratory for operations, research, and exploration for each of the Schwilca expeditions.

The Rover nominally carries two or three cosmonauts. Typically, there is a driver, who operates the vehicle, and a conductor, who navigates, communicates, and coordinates the vehicle's movement. The third crew is typically a researcher or other specialist who may operate the onboard laboratory, and may trade jobs with the other crew.

In an emergency, there is enough space to pack all six cosmonauts in a Schwilca expedition.

The Rover is used in conjunction with the Excavator in the deployment of the Schwilca Base, from raising the communication tower, to deploying scientific instruments and solar panels, to unpacking and assembling the base itself. The vehicle is equipped with two winches, and can be fitted with a small crane.
