Australia progress

I now have my flights and inital week sorted. I just need to get my visa and insurance sorted then I’m officially good to go! Oh and I need to let my job know I’m leaving.

Exercise Progress

So I am currently using the 10K Runner app. Its meant to get you from couch to 10k in 14 weeks by running three times a week. I’ve had a few hiccups along the way by not making time for all three runs but this week I’m trying to fit in four to make up for it and get back on track. This is also on top of my 50+ hours at both my jobs.
