That’s Amet! He’s weird and I love him. 

Mischievous with a noted lack of regard for others, Amet (Dolor Sit) boasts the title of being the ruler of an entire galaxy. The central being of what is essentially a hive mind, he often hosts whatever outsiders might stumble upon his galaxy as the complete control he holds over every other aspect of the realm leaves him both bored and incapable of personal growth.

While generally benevolent, he regards these galactic passerby as little more than novel entertainment, and not believe himself to form close bonds with any of them.

So while he is the person who removes the worm from your brain, he is also very much the worm itself.

( P.S. The hole in his chest is believed to be something similar to a black hole— if you visit him he might try to goad you into sticking a finger in there, though people seldom want to.)
