She haven't got out of her shadow ever since the start of January. We grown worries or was it because we are aware of her. We know that she's really focus on her works that she's been working on the past few months ago. But why still working on it?, She need to find some space and time to talk with us, sit with us and have some tea.
Emma knock on her basement door a few times lately, we expect her to peek through the door and ask a question. But no, we only got a complete silence. No trace of sound or her breathing could be heard. What kind of nut-Job is she working on?, We swear to god that it's another rotting soul she's working on. Why on a that things again?, Haven't she got her own libraries full of miserable people souls she collected last few years?.
"Thomas, have you heard about the peculiar that has been capture?", He asked her while busy with his paperworks at the time. Not any paperwork, Something to do with a dept.
"And why should I be worry of those peculiar being capture?, We already have warned them to not play in a loop again, but you see, the peculiar don't heed our warning", she shrugged and rolled her eyes in disappointed mother manner.
"that true, what if they got Owl too?", He look at Thomas and kick back to his seat.
She stay silent, while organizing on many pictures scatter on the table. Alot of it are old, dusty paper or even burnt. Alot of the faces are cover or either black out. She sigh, standing and walk toward Hilbert, she lean at his table. Before speaking, she point at one of the map on the wall of Hilbert study table fills with many information that is not yet explainable.
"Look, Hilbert, Every kidnapped peculiar goes to this location, and you know who's taking it", She still pointing at the map and look at Hilbert, expecting some answer from him.
"... Do you really think they're capture for the soul?", He sigh in confusion trying to understand what she was trying to tell him, but he fails miserably to understand her.
"no, They don't kidnap only for soul, Hilbert..." — She fix her glasses, To get a better look at Hilbert — "peculiar know where we live... 'Those' people want us, Hilbert".
