okay so i MIGHT have drawn this knowing dialogue only and turned it a little different to how the scene actually turned out to be but oh well. hoyoverse works fast but i work a little too faster something about scaramouche's character development from who he was, to now, entrusting himself (in the most vulnerable state his body could be in) to albedo and durin. a state he may die in. and these are the only people he trusts to both keep him safe whilst he's like this, but also to be the ones who bring him out of it (im so sad he didnt get to murder dottore with his own hands)

Wanderer x Albedo Fic Recommendation: Elective Affinity by assbele on AO3 ( Ongoing, 7/8 chapters )

this fic is my favorite scarabedo fanfic of all time. it's mostly from durin's pov, and the author is INCREDIBLE at writing him. they have a very good understanding on how to write everyone in this fic and every dialogue, monologue, and thought feels incredibly in character. its humorous and isnt heavy unlike many other scarabedo fics but that's what makes it so good. 10/10.
