Success makes so many people hate you. I wish it wasn't that way. It would be wonderful to enjoy success without seeing envy in the eyes of those around you.
Imperfection is beauty, madness is genius and it's better to be absolutely ridiculous than absolutely boring.

You should learn to take a joke as easily you take a dick, whore.
“One may think we’re alright, but we need pills to sleep at night. We need lies to make it through the day, we’re not okay.”
And I've been wrong, I've been down to the bottom of every bottle . These five words in my head scream, "Are we having fun yet?"
All the energy of their frustration and fear going into their laughter..

theres a sorrow and pain in everyones life, but every now and then theres a ray of light that melts the loneliness in your heart and brings comfort like hot soup and a soft bed.
Requiem For A Dream: What’s there to say about Requiem For A Dream that hasn’t already been said? It’s compelling, disturbing, emotional, mind-bending, shocking, depressing, and about a million other adjectives that go without saying. This is a film for openminded individuals who are looking to be exposed to a world that’s so far away from the make-up of their own reality, that it induces a sense of paralysis. Also, Requiem For A Dream is the type of movie that I wish teachers would show in high school health classes, rather than lecture students on an infinite number of pointless self-hygiene strategies; show them Requiem… show them Christiane F: Wir Kinder vom Bahnhof Zoo (most likely the greatest “drug film” ever made, in my opinion)… hell, show them Trainspotting… or even The Basketball Diaries. These are the kinds of movies which give people perspective, and reveal to them the actuality of life for those who have gone astray. In one way or another, it will change you; that is my honest diagnosis - you will begin to perceive things differently… the fragility of life, the concept of happiness. Ultimately, Requiem For A Dream is, quite possibly, the movie that I want - no, need… to share with you: yes, if I had to choose a film that I’d most strongly urge you to see, it would probably be this one.
