My last few uploads don’t paint me out to be a particularly happy person, but this was a rather old sketch and I just like how it turned out.

I really liked the sad Karol I drew, so I cleaned up the lineart and filled it in a bit.

Another redraw. I pretty much sketched on top of the old one. I know at the time I drew the first one, I was trying to get away from the ‘anime face’ and trying to give Karol facial definition, though still not sure where face proportions go, (I’m still figuring it out???)

I like the facial style of the second one, though it needs a bit of work before it feels like Karol. But it was a fun exercise.

The heart design is something I end up using a lot. I’ve pretty much decided that this was Karol’s ‘logo’.

Karol is the kinda person who will just pass out on the floor if necessary. Poor shmuck never gets the sleep she needs.

The real mistake that was made was Darien letting me get my hands on Premiere Pro and a half decent capture software.

Also please be gentle this was my first real attempt at editing a video together. (Major Inspiration Credit goes to DrakGamestein’s Channel and DenmoMcStrongHuge for finally giving this a go myself)

I just wanted to look back at the stuff I’ve done this year that I really like. I’m going to start Neurotic Cocktail soon, I don’t know how I’m going to set it up, or when, but I want to enjoy this project, I want it to be cathartic and therapeutic and something I can look back and say ‘This was my life. It had a sucky period, but it was also full of awesomeness. Like super cool friends and chocolate and games and surviving depression and disaster.’
