This is a blog for stuff relating to the Homestuck/Harry Potter crossover fan adventure "John Egbert and the Goblet of Sick fires"! It is maintained by Harry and Pip, who are, unsurprisingly, also the people responsible for the actual fan adventure. If you have a question about GOSF we would be DELIGHTED TO ANSWER IT but if there's something you're aching to know it pays to look through the blog to see if it's been answered already! The tags below are pretty helpful for that sort of thing: fanart (illustrations! by us and by other people) worldbuilding (general AU background) plot (stuff pertaining to the actual story) character stuff (general character information) answers (to questions) the glorious future (post-hogwarts shenanigans) there are also individual character tags, if that is the sort of thing you find useful!

I just saw a post about the photobucket issue the other day, it said the images should be there if you log in. You just need to rehost them somewhere else to share them.

hello, it's the translator anon. since i guess i got your permission, i began working and wanted to start with the prologue, but turns out photobucket won't let me see the pictures. can i please still get them somehow? i'm just not sure if the story would work right without the graphics

oh man. i'm pretty busy right now but i’ll see if I can find the time to try to rummage those up some time soon! unforch if I can’t get into my old photobucket to try to find them I don’t think I can get them for you any time soon, I don’t have them around anywhere else :c

Hello, I am very much enjoying this amazing illustrated saga! I commend you heartily on your achievement in writing this. I don't actually have a question, but I do have a comment to make. On one of the pages, when referring to Terezi's habit of being meticulous about matters such as tie-straightening, you used the term JEW STUFF. Some readers, such as myself, may find that sort of language highly triggering, and possibly even discriminating. Please try to refrain from using such terms.

Do you actually ship the pairings that result from these two questions? (ie if you are most like gosf Feferi but would date gosf John DO YOU SHIP FEFJOHN)
