While I agree that people use too many straws and it’s a major pollutant especially in the oceans, some people need straws. Disabled people with mobility issues need straws. The focus shouldn’t be on banning straws, but banning single use straws. You have to remember that there are people who need straws and they shouldn’t have to be shamed for using them
