Ah. Well, she supposed that made sense. Sometimes, in the spur of the moment, you just had to start a program before you lost that sudden moment of brilliance. She supposed she was the same way from time to time.

"I can get one. I’ll be right back." She more or less ran from the room, but was quick to return with a laptop of her own. She took a seat beside her male counterpart, opening her computer and starting it up.

While she was waiting for it to boot up, she asked, “Do you work with others on projects like this often?”

Placing a hand to his chin, Chihiro began to trail into a line of deep thought. Sometimes he did, but other times, it was incredibly difficult to find people who were patient enough to actually bother with helping. Sighing quietly, he thought of his conclusion. "Not really, no. Most people are just far too impatient to even try to help.."

Eyes widening as he noticed the computer, he gasped. "Woah, what brand is that? I don't think I've seen one like that before.. either way, it's super duper cool!"

Chihiro waited until her male counterpart had put in all of his passwords to look. Just to be respectful, you know. She didn’t think she’d remember any of them, nor would she want to invade his privacy. It just seemed polite to wait.

But once the passwords were put in, she glanced over his shoulder. She watched quietly, trying to make sense of the numbers, but it was unlikely she could translate all the binary before he opened the specific file. At that point, her attention then turned to trying to make sense of what was before her.

"You’ve done a little bit of work on this already, haven’t you?"

"Yes, I have. I  try to put a little bit of work into all of my temporary program ideas, just so it makes the job easier when I go to work on them." Smiling happily, he quickly copied the code and moved it over to a different file, where most of the work was going to be done.

"Hey, do you have a computer of some sort with you? I can quickly mess around with some of the base codes of the screen so you can see my screen and work on it with me, too!" Chihiro began to tap away at the keys on the keyboard. Of course, it wasn't just mindless tapping, no, it was obviously very difficult programming. Yes, very difficult indeed.

  Tiffany listened to the other’s rant quietly, holding back the urge to giggle here and there. Of course, she also thought this particular person was a woman, too, so in her mind, there was a perfectly logical reason for her to give such a speech filled with white hot feminist fury.

  Things like this never bothered the girl, but it seemed to stress Chihiro out a lot when she realized that she’d been ranting on and on about women and video games. But, again, the blonde never minded when people did things like that when it concerned something they were so passionate about. It was cute and admirable to see how pumped up they got over something so special to them. Pretty inspirational, actually.

⌦ Seems like you’ve got a lot of reasons to feel that way. Did you have people around you saying stuff like that all the time, too? I can see how..you being a programmer. A lot people would think that was something that you weren’t cut out for. But I think it’s nice for people to do what they like to.

  She started twirling some hair around her fingers, smiling at the other reassuringly. Maybe she wasn’t fucking up this whole conversation. Tiffany could feel a bit more confident — the two seemed to think along the same lines as it was. Somewhat, at least. And only on the surface so far. To go deeper into this girl’s mind, it was either despairing sadness or twisted and crazily, scarily sadistic. It was a wonder how she was ever happy with all the hatred, anger, and misery pooling inside of her.

Well, it's not like programming is really hard or anything... my talents not that special, compared to other people I know. Just because somebody is girl doesn't mean that they can't do masculine stuff!! Some girls are even better than guys at certain masculine stuff!! Jeez, like, seriously, why the hell would you call someone off for being a girl when they are doing better than you in the first place? But really, if someone tried to call me out for programming, I would just hack everything they own! It would definitely serve them right! I really hope that guys that call girls out for doing something that they're good at get a good kick in the shin!! Or maybe two, or maybe even three!

Laughing confidently, Chihiro started to imagine what it'd be like to be brave enough- and strong enough to kick a guy in the shin. It would certainly be nice to cause harm to someone for once, but he knew that a job like that would be more suitable for someone that wasn't him. That's literally it, no other specifics other than it being someone that just was not Chihiro.

"A pranking program?" She certainly could admit that such a thought had never crossed her mind. But it wasn’t all that bad of an idea when she thought it over. In fact, it seemed like a lot of fun. “I think that seems like a great idea, Fujisaki-san." It was at times like this she was happy she could meet duplicates of her/himself.

Chihiro's eyes lit up with excitement. "Awesome! Now, I think I have the base code saved somewhere in here..." He narrowed his eyebrows, and pulled up a small laptop, which had been sitting beside him for quite some time now.  He flipped up the screen, and clicked on a user that conveniently had a picture of him as the avatar. He quickly typed in a long string of letters and numbers, which was his password. As the screen logged him in, he clicked on a folder, which also happened to have a password. You can never be too safe on computers. As the file opened, he moved the cursor to a file titled '01100010011000010111001101100101'. When it opened, it revealed a long page of assorted numbers and letters.

"Alrighty, here we go!" He smiled, as he quickly closed the other open files.

 That made the girl laugh. But, realizing that might be rude, it quickly died down to a giggle. And that was the extent of her control on the matter. She wasn’t trying to be mean; that just amused her. It reminded her of the first times she started cooking.

⌦ Oh, goodness..One time I was baking with my step mother and we had to melt chocolate because we were making these smore-like cookies. I ended up burning it and making a huge mess of everything! Luckily, we’d bought extra so she could melt some more. She let me handle the rice krispie treats~

  Oh, look. Reminiscing on those “old days" with a person she barely knew. How embarrassing..

⌦ Interests that I don’t tell people..? Mmmh..yeah, I guess so. I mean..I like video games a lot. And I like making them, too..But, just rambling about something doesn’t mean it’s my biggest passion. I could ramble on about anything, really. I’m pretty easily amused..

  Tiffany noticed the sharp breath. Oh..was she not doing this socializing thing right? Guess not..She sighed a bit, looking down at the bottom of her tie as she fiddled around with it. It seemed like she was always going to be a failure at this type of thing.

Oh, that must've been so fun! I've never really been talented with those sorts of things.. And video games, huh? That seems really unlikely for someone like you, but, hey, I'm certainly not saying women can't enjoy video games! No, that'd definitely be an awful thing to say! I know a lot of girls that play video games, so please don't take offense by this! Agh, why did I even bother bringing that up?! I really don't wanna get on your bad side by saying that!!

Gah, I'm sorry. I guess I'm just really passionate about society's views on gender roles.. Like, honestly, it's all so annoying. 'Women aren't strong.' Oh, sure they aren't! Yeah, they definitely cant carry a man around, no, that's impossible! 'Women don't play video games.' Okay, say that to the 47% of women that make up the gaming population! Jeez, it feels like society doesn't know anything sometimes, but, then again, what's someone like me gonna do to change society's views?

A light blush formed on Chihiro's cheeks as he realized how he just started rambling on, seeing as he barely ever rambled about anything. All of this just made him more embarrassed, and made him start to doubt why he even bothered trying to socialize.
