hello I am finally done with my 5 week long pet sit and I am moved in to my new apt and 80% unpacked but we have mice and my cat is stressed and peeing under my bed but it's ok because I'm going to LA to see Beyonce on Friday!

I'm pet sitting at my friends apartment and she has a treadmill so I started my day speed walking while shouting along with "All Too Well" (10 minutes version) because that was the only thing that could motivate me to get on a treadmill and I highly recommend, 10/10 way to start your day

got invited to something (a lady gaga drag night) tonight and I really wanna go but it starts at 11 pm??? I said yes but I don't think I'm gonna make it guys!

so they made me lead nurse which they've been telling me for months was coming so no surprise to me but apparently a surprise to everyone else. They just announced it over a memo instead of in person or whatever. and then they told me I still had to wait a few months for my raise?? (They raised me $1 an hour when they first told me they wanted to make me lead). Anyone this one girl who's the worst seemed extra grumpy all day and after she left this other girl who I thought I was cool with was like well we were just all confused that they didn't post the job for other people to apply (btw at this point none of them had even said congratulations to me, the only people that did were the other lead and one receptionist). Anyway this girl keeps talking like they both wanted lead and I'm like ???. She's brand new and she's a good worker but she's not even doing blood draws yet and the other one (who's the worst) just sits on her phone all day doing nothing and complains when people ask her to do her job. Why would either of them want to do the job or think they'd be considered for it?? Anyway I'm having brunch with all of them on Sunday so that should be awkward lol. And I'm gonna talk to my boss on Monday about at least getting a little raise right now cuz that's stupid otherwise.

My coworker went to get her hair cut and the hairdresser was telling her about how they hired this lady to clean the hair salon but the cleaner always came super late at night. Then it turned out that the cleaner was a sex worker and was bringing men to the salon to do her business and then making the men help her clean the salon too. They only found out because one of the men was married and his wife came to the salon to confront them. They didn't even fire her because her and the men were doing such a good job cleaning the salon, they just told her no more married men so there's no more drama at their salon

finally went to the Pacifica Taco Bell (aka the most beautiful taco Bell in the world) and was not disappointed. 10/10 experience!

I've lived in my building for 4 years and never had an issue with packages getting stolen and in the last month I've had 2 packages confirmed dropped off in the lobby (there's no doorman or anything, just a hallway with a table) and then they disappeared. All it was was a 12 pack of energy drinks and a bag of cat litter. Why would someone take those??

the worst thing ever just happened to me (tw poop sorry but I'm too embarrassed to tell anyone irl and I gotta tell someone!)

I'm shopping in whole foods. Everything is normal. All of the sudden, I have to poop. Badly. I'm walking around the aisles looking for cotija cheese wondering if I can make it home or there's a bathroom at this whole foods. I wander around more. The urge to poop gets more desperate. I see the bathroom. The poop is happening and I can't stop it. I practically throw my basket full of groceries down and run into the bathroom apologizing as I push past the custodian. I run into a stall. The stall door does not lock. I try to fix it but I cannot wait anymore. I pull down my pants and sit on the toilet. I've made it. Except when I stand up after, there is shit everywhere. The walls. The floor. The toilet. I desperately wipe everything up with toilet paper. I exit the bathroom casually as if nothing has happened. I go to buy my groceries. As I walk up to the cashier I notice a brown stain on the sleeve of my jacket. "How's your day going?" She asks as I roll up my sleeve. "Great!" I say.

guyss I just went to buy Beyonce tickets and I was #18 in the queue when the sale started and got them (nosebleeds) for $105, should I go buy a lottery ticket now?

My rich friend was telling me a story about her trip to Hawaii and casually dropped the information that 1. Her nephews are named Pierre and Matisse (they are not French) and 2. She spent $13,000 (of her dad's money) at the Hermes store there

went to a sound bath last night (lol I love hippy stuff sometimes don't make fun of me) and the moment I lay down my stomach decided to start gurgling so loudly :/ at least there was the music and it wasn't during like a quiet savasana.

Also my friend confirmed that the yoga studio front desk guy is maybe trying to flirt with me. We are both still unsure though. He is very endearingly awkward. But she suggested it so I was like ok I'm not crazy for thinking that might be what's happening. Or maybe he's just awkward lol.

my sister and I each took a gummy last night, re-watched Twilight, and then fell asleep at 9:30 pm. Honestly a great Saturday night.

have to buy presents for my cousins but 3 out of 4 of them are teenagers...what do teenagers like now??? (2 boys around 13/14 and one girl around 16)
