Tonight marks one year since I photographed my first show and decided that music photography was going to be something I'd follow through on. I've always prided myself on being a hard worker, but I've never worked more passionately or pushed myself harder than when it came to documenting music and my life on camera. Since that concert, I've had the opportunity to shoot some of my favorite bands, cover major music festivals, become a photographer for a historic NYC music venue, and meet and re-connect with some of the coolest people because of music photography. So special thank you to everyone who has ever referred me for a photo job, given me photography advice, complimented or shared my work, or reached out to say that what I'm doing is cool. None of that goes unnoticed in my book, and I'm constantly surprised and forever grateful for the support and experiences I've had. Do what ya love, kids. It's absolutely worth it. âđŒ TL;DR I shot a Foxing show last year and I haven't stopped since. (at The Bowery Ballroom)
