Suddenly I'm thinking about this. The very first time that Sebastian looked at Blaine.

It kinda looks like "wait, is that Blaine?"

it's not how you look at someone you don't know for the first time. it's more like Sebastian has already seen/met Blaine before somewhere and this is his 2nd meeting...

Blaine looks at him like this. I don't think he remembers Sebastian probably thinking that Sebastian is a handsome guy whose walking close.

So, I'm thinking they've probably met before. Maybe during a warbler performance/Dalton visit? or maybe somewhere else? Which makes it even more interesting.

Also the line "Do I look like a freshman?" Kinda suggests that Blaine should have known this fact about Sebastian since they've met before but haven't introduced themselves to each other.

My personally headcanon is that because the warblers constantly talked so highly about Blaine, Sebastian got curious and he looked him up (on the internet or the year book or something) and that’s why he knew who Blaine was and was staring at him like that
